Thomas, the manager at Chuck E. Cheese, went above and beyond to make our visit special! He was attentive, friendly, and truly cared about making sure the kids had a great time. You can tell he takes pride in his work—everything was clean, organized, and running smoothly. He even took the time to check in with guests personally, which really stood out. Excellent leadership and customer service. Thank you, Thomas, for making our day memorable!! He deserves a promotion or a raise!!!

It's fun for the kids. It can also be a bit hectic yes. But the workers here today did great. They handled a busy day so good and helped make our goddaughter birthday fun. She and all the kids enjoyed themselves. All the workers today hustled.

This place has changed a lot since my kids were little. Took my Granddaughter today for an outing. First, the Service was great and much better than I remember from years ago. There was one customer who lost her 💩 on an Autistic kid and thankfully the Manager sent her and her bad ass kids packing. For the Trampoline, a $40 Card to play Games and the smallest Pizza I've ever seen (Her words too) with an Apple Juice was $59. All in all she had a great time. One of the things...
