I don't even know where to begin. Ok, first off, I was the only customer and it took nearly half an hour just to get my items. I asked when the limited edition items were stopping because I knew it was coming up. Neither employee knew. This location was out of two of the MAIN ingredients in a special. When another item was made, the wrong candy was put in. Items were all melty and didn't look appetizing. I don't blame the employee - it was obvious he wasn't trained correctly. Store Manager is responsible for all this. After all the trouble I went through, I wasn't even offered a comp . Nope, will pass on this Ridiculously Expensive meh ice cream.

Ordered from door dash and they took over an hour to prepare our ice cream. I understand if it’s busy but that does not mean to push back door dash orders. I feel bad for my dasher because he was asking them constantly if they were going to prepare the ice cream and they would just tell him they will get to it and never did. I tried calling the store and no one would respond. Horrible service.

It's good I went yesterday 2-08-2025 about 2010....BUT ARE YOU FACKEN SERIOUS to close at 1:30 in the morning 1:30 AM in the morning to close !!!!!!!!!!! Unbelievable FOR AN ICE-CREAM , ??!!!!!! at 1 in the morning 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️ putting them young workers at risk daaaaammmm foster freeze closes at 9 ....... .

Had craving for ice cream one night, and came into this location. Ice cream was great, but I was very impressed with the service on how quick it and professional it was. I believe there was a gentleman there named Genesis (hopefully this is how you spell his name), he was on point. Very sharp, attentive to customers, and was quick to service my wife and I. By the way he approached and engaged with us, I thought he was the manager of the shop. Awesome customer service. Please extend our thanks to Genesis.

Food is good but the employees leave a lot to be desired. I've tried giving them multiple chances. One night I headed over 45 minutes before closing and they said they're closed. Another I asked for peanut butter cup perfection and within walking from the ice cream to the counter the employee forgot my order and went with some random order with a brownie and fudge.I suggest not coming here unless the quality of employees is improved

The two Edgars and the guy who has fake hair and looks like emo, are just talking and not helping people. They don't even clean everything, it's with garbage. They don't know who they are helping and they start helping other people when they haven't even finished with the other person.
