Ordered the garlic shrimp and mild sausage to go. When t got home in 15 minutes the oil had clarified and it taste like eating, oil with shrimp. I called and talked to the manager, Jewels who all she did was apologize. I asked to get a refund the owner who is over her didn’t answer. She gave me a email for the corporate office. But for sure this was my last time at crab n spice Carson. 🤬

Food was good, the service was great. For the life of me I can't remember our servers name. He was fantastic!! The only negative I have is it's 1 to many tables in here.

As we enter the restaurant we waited to be seated. But this lady Michelle approached us and said I need to seat you and you have to wait. Huh? We are waiting to be seated. This lady does not have manners very unprofessional in dealing with customers. Management should address this and teach her some professionalism when dealing with people. Thank you

Lala was our server and was absolutely wonderful. She took care of us and consistently made sure we had everything we needed! I highly recommend this location and would come to see lala again!

This was by far the worst food I have ever eaten. I was vomiting the moment I got home. When I called to request a refund, the general manager was unbelievably rude, unprofessional, and flat-out disrespectful-she even hung up on me. The customer service was disgusting, the food was disgusting, and the way they treat customers is unacceptable. I strongly warn anyone thinking about eating there: don't. Save your money and your stomach.
