My favorite pizza in the South Bay / LA area. My dad was going to this place in the 60's when he was in high school. Local spot with a cozy atmosphere and nice people. I moved a little farther out, so I don't get to come here as often, but when I'm near I always make it a point to stop by and pick up a few pizzas.

The parking lot was empty around dinner rush hour. We went In and there was only one other table in the restaurant the waitress put us right next to the door so we asked to move because it was cold and raining outside and we didn't want to be cold for the entire meal. The waitress told me that this was the only table that they could sit us at because the other table had a metal bowl on it......it was nuts to hear that out of all the empty tables with nobody there we couldn't sit away from the door. So we decided that we were going to eat somewhere else. The waitress laughed at us as we left 0 out of 10 stars.

We Just had their pepperoni pizza so Yum. you can tell this is legit, Italian style family run business I'm pretty sure the lady that helped us was the owner when we walked in she immediately greeted us We were early she let us know it would be ready in a few minutes :-) right on time . The pizza is totally legit delicious crust. Zesty sauce, pepperoni and cheese Was cooked perfectly. When we picked up the pizza, the place is so charming instantly I felt transported back To a time before cell phones and computers, this is what a pizza place should feel like love it. we had our pizza to go, but we're going to go back to dine in Another person in the restaurant had the steak sandwich and it looks yum I want one :-) wonderful family business can't say enough how much I love places like this you will too :-)

10/10 service 10/10 food, also loved the design of the restaurant. It reminded me of a 90s ish diner, with the music they have playing factoring into that.

Classic old-school pizza house that hasn't changed in the 50+ years I've been eating there. Food is still great, especially the pizza, and the service is always 1st rate. Prices may have gone up a bit since the 70s, but hey...

Just had the "seafood special" with white sauce. Do NOT recommend! Handful of baby bay shrimp, scoop of canned clams and some calamari and baby octopus straight from the freezer section of your local Walmart. No flavor other then the Incredibly fishy flavor of the cheap seafood used for the dish. For nearly $30 for the dish you'd think they'd do better. Maybe their pizza is better? I won't be back!
