Andres did not start making my online order until 40 minutes after it was placed. Took me to drive to the store to notify them of the order in the queue. Dominos did not apologize or provided any concessions. Do not recommend this location. Disorganized and poor communication.

I had a huge pizza order of 17 pizzas that were needed at 1 hour after they opened. I placed the order the night before, and all of the pizzas were accurately made at the time we needed. One of the employees was able to help me carry them to my car, as I was picking up the order by myself. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this Domino's to friends.

This store has terrible service (manager is rude & expects you to bring his employees to their attention that they didn't fulfill your order correctly which you may not notice until you get home) & don't fill orders properly.... charge you for items that they don't give you or use up your reward points that you used for products. Definitely would not recommend this store!!!!
This Montclair Ca location was THE WORST AT DELIVERY AND THE BEST AT RESOLVING THE ISSUES AND TY MUCH APPRECIATED! So I can go on and on and on, however when things are fixed in a very expedient, manner. When customer service is at its finest as it was most certainly with management and phones staff after the initial order. Which we all know is a rarity in California. Customer service by far was phenomenal. I have to follow following up. They were quite helpful so thank you after 3 1/2 hour wait it was delivered except the pizza was a little cold but it was free and I must say thank you because I do not like to pay for anything, especially food.. few days later, they delivered a dessert to me, and I thought it was pretty solid of them.

As I write this I ask myself how it's possible that little Caesars can give me a delicious pizza for 8$ and Domino's cant even give me the RIGHT pizza for 30$. And that's 30$ for a "large", 6 slice pizza, not delivered, but picked up. You even get a cancer warning sign as you're ordering from here.In short, the pizza was incorrect. Had nothing on one side and normal portion toppings on the other, even though I paid extra for double portion toppings on one side (see photo for what I got as extra mushroom) . I let them know the pizza was incorrect and was asked when I had originally come to get the pizza, like bro.. I just walked in...yall just greeted me. Then I was asked for my receipt, I ordered the pie online and wasn't given a receipt at pickup. I was half-heartedly asked if I wanted it remade ... Ermm...yeah that would be cool, not gonna take a half toppingless pizza home especially considering I paid extra for more toppings. Had to wait additional time... I guess that's fine. Feels like a waste of $30 tho.I know working in food service sucks but have some integrity in whatever you're doing, no matter what it is.
