Very expensive for what you get. Extremely high calorie count for "low calorie" "healthy options." The person at the counter had zero customer service. When we asked questions (this was our first time at this place), he always said, "I don't know," and wouldn't get help or just shrugged. He didn't seem to want our patronage. We will not be back.
Nothing like what you see on TV the burritos are getting smaller by the week the chicken is burn and the service you get charged extra for something you never get but you don't find out till you get home.

I love Pollo Loco I wish they will put the condiments back outside instead of them giving us those tiny containers
Came here for lunch, the food and service was great! The manager Isela was friendly and polite! Her team had great customer service! The inside was also very clean, will be coming here again.
