I'm a DoorDash driver and I picked up an order there and I watched the cook. Cook the whole meal with no gloves, grabbing all the different ingredients with his bare hands. The cashier also not wearing gloves, you wouldn't think she would need to because she's a cashier, but then she turns around and also helps make pancakes and waffles so she's also cooking. Nobody's washing their hands there. Nobody is wearing gloves Absolutely disgusting

Drive thru waited 20 min after we paid for our food, then she came to the window speaking Spanish(we look nothing like Spanish speaking) said sorry it's taking so long. Finally came to the window again telling us in Spanish that it will be 3 minutes more for the corn dog(that's how long it takes to make from frozen). Get home and all the other food is cold, go figure. Never going back!

Ask for 2 hard shelf tacos $13 ,bought a breakfast 2eggs,3bacon hashbrown, pancakes $16 something, got charge extra. 50 cents for over hard eggs ???? Ask cashier she didn't know why,I didn't wanna argue about it because I don't want them to spit in my food and I'm not going back ever
I order Asada Chili Cheese fries. The flavor was good until I noticed a long piece of hair sticking on the cheese. I did inform them and they gave me my money back. I did notice the girls working there do not wear hair nets.

I had cheese enchiladas and the tortillas were not cooked very cold and the cheese was not melted! They just rolled them up and put warm sauce on them! The worst enchiladas i have ever had!!!

It’s a decent spot, ever since the pandemic they’ve been charging for everything, which is understandable but it can get ridiculous. I purchased a double double combo with a side of chili fries, it came out to be $22 something. Once I paid I asked the cashier for some ketchup and ranch, after spending $22 I was expecting at least a free ranch with a few ketchup packets but nooooo, ranch is a $1 and they charge you a fee for “extra” ketchup….Like whatttt, so I told her just ketchup would be fine, she gave me 2 packets ? so I ended up going to pollo loco down the street, I asked the lady for ranch and she gave me 2 packets for free….. apart from that the food was tasteless, I was very disappointed…
