I just (today) ordered five guys and I've got to say I'm very disappointed especially with the quality of beef their using in their burgers, it's not as tender or juicy and there's a whole lot of hard chewy pieces such as tendon, ugh ! Not to gross anyone out but I had to spit quite a bit out to the point of not being able to eat the rest of the beef. I only ate the bun and veggies, etc. This is the second or third time I've noticed this and have called the restaurant to state my disappointment and manager was attentive and mentioned for my contacting corporate office which I plan on. Hopefully they'll go back to what they were doing before then maybe I'll go back. Sad and disappointed 😞☹️ !!!!

Brought my in-laws from Armenia. My nephew loved that he got to pick his toppings. And had enough french fries (2 large orders) to keep swimming in spuds. A bit pricy but it is worth it.
These guys here are awesome they are fast and efficient friendly customer service mostly places at 830pm have a I don’t want to be here attitudes but there keep there high spiritsi would recommend this place to anyone
