Sooo this place is usually pretty good, food comes out in a timely manner, service is good..BUT yesterday, 3.11.24, we sat down at 1140ish and ordered, we got our waters about 10 mins after that..and then 20 mins after that we got our food, by thiis time, I asked the waitreaa if ahe can box up our food cause we ran out of time..she proceeds to serve us the food but also boxes. Meanwhile, we are watching the cooks prep all the to-go orders and not really working on ours till they get those out of the way. It was very disappointing because the service and food is always stellar, but this day, 3.11, food was terrible and service was completely lacking. Safe to say, we will wait a lil bit before going back but maybe we just won't go on a Monday again.

You must update your hours on Yelp. I went in today 2/23/24 at 8:58 pm, and they told me that they were close. Maybe after I actually try their food, I'll change my review, but for now, Im am disappointed.

I went to the restaurant at this location on 2/19/24 for a salmon salad and rolls. The rolls are always delicious, and the staff is always kind. Sorry to say I will never go to this restaurant again because this is the salmon that was on the salad. This is not salmon, only burnt skin. No restaurant should ever serve this to anyone.

J Sushi is in an unassuming strip mall in Carson. But you know it's good when you walk in at lunch and EVERY seat is taken! This beautiful rainbow roll (with spicy tuna) was filling and complemented with hot green tea, it was perfect for my lunch! Easy parking in lot. Right across from IKEA.

The staff was very friendly, and my order came out in approximately 20 minutes. I ordered several rolls, and they were all very delicious. I will recommend to the locals
