They keep the temperature at 50°f. I can literally see my breath. When I asked the man at the counter why it was so cold, he just laughed at me, and started talking to his coworker in Spanish. Then they both started laughing, and never answered my question. The bathroom has a thick layer of dry urine that stuck to my shoes when I walked in, and smelled really bad. At least the food is good. I just won't be going inside again.

I am at the Doubletree Hotel in Carson literally God must’ve blessed me to see exactly what’s going on facing the window of jack in the box. Went there earlier about 30 minutes ago before arriving to the Hilton Hotel right next-door and the drive-through assistant told me that their computer computers was down and literally I see drive-through steel full around 1125. I believe they was trying to shut down early later after 1154. I continue to see traffic as they was taken Customers. This is lazy and this is profound.

Didn’t check for condiments because I saw the lady put it in the bag but she only put one pack. One condiment for my meal is wicked stuff!
Yo this jack in the box was actually legit good (minus the heartburn I got). But like I walk in and I expected your average jack in the box service and meal. My usual is the home style Chicken Bacon ranch sandwich thing so I went for that today. My expectations were low from other locations so I figured I’d get the same quality. But I was mistaken! The sandwich actually had lettuce and tomatoes! Other locations usually add the two smallest thinnest leaves of lettuce and tomato followed by very little amount of ranch. But this location got my sandwich loaded with lettuce and two hearty slices of tomato. It’s looks just as it’s advertised. Would definitely go back there again if I am ever in Carson. The fries did taste like they were cooked in old oil as well as the chicken having a darker color on the outside. But still overall good.
Edit: forgot to mention the restroom. Now that restroom was disgusting. There was caked caca on the toilet seat, stains on the bowl and it smelled.

Went there New Year Eve for snack. Great staff, they were welcoming and cheerful.
Went inside to place order Dining area was neat and clean. Busy drive through. Looked like they were quickly attended to. I didn't wait long for my order either.

The restroom for this location is disgusting and extremely unsanitary!!! The only time the restroom is clean is early in the morning when they first open or right before they close…otherwise during the day they can care less and it’s always a hot unsanitary mess! I understand that it’s the homeless stragglers that make the restroom this way but it’s still not an excuse to just leave the restroom a mess all day long. As a business you have to find a way to only allow customers to use the restroom and to clean the restroom throughout the day. Even the employee restroom is disgusting there’s just absolutely no excuse to have the restrooms unsanitary and disgusting and especially at a restaurant!! People can get very sick from breathing old urine this isn’t right at all. The really need to make better effort at sanitizing the restrooms and keeping it tidy. SMH totally unacceptable
