I ordered #22, sausage, egg and cheese breakfast croissants combo with coffee. That was the PROBLEM!! It was more coffee grounds than coffee. 1/4 of the cup was coffee grounds! I didn’t know it until I got home. I will NEVER get coffee from Jack in Box AGAIN!! The cashier at the drive through window had a very bad attitude.

Horrible today I went in for ultimate breakfast sandwhich and the egg had green stuff on it and even a piece of egg shell i called to inform them and the lady hung up on me ,, I was just trying to be nice and warn them so other customers wouldn't experience the same thing but now I'm even more upset to top off it of I' am 7 month pregnant this food is not good and not okay to be servicing this !

Drive thru was empty and I was first. Quickly ordered and had to wait about 5 minutes for my food at the window. Saw My food was ready and bagged and the cashier didn’t hand it to me but proceeded to take more orders. Only saw one worker the whole time juggling a now long drive thru line plus the line inside. Also food was way too greasy and flavorless. Horrible.

Ordered to dine in after work. Everything I ordered was made fresh. They offer the full digital menus here. Like a $6 meal. And 2 for $5 jumbo Jack's. Bathrooms are locked. You will need to ask the cashier to open it for you. It's an all gender bathroom. The benefits of this fast food are right next to the 91 east freeway to jump back on.
