Pretty quick and great service! Who ever make my tacos Jan 8th at 12:49 AM is the best! Those tacos were the best Jack In The Box tacos I've ever had, crispy and they weren't messy, next time I'm hungry I'm coming here.

Got into town late from the airport. This was one of the few options in the area after 9:30 - food was cold and spot on for fast food (not great, dry patty and sourdough bun wasn’t anywhere near fresh) Only 2? People working so it took them about 15 minutes to take our order but food came very quickly (not sure why it was cold ?) They were very nice and friendly, let us stay past closing to finish eating.

The person who work on tuesday at 4am they reheat food and fries are cold. Food is horrible. Then you in line for 30mins ....its 4am why is this line soo long . Any other location i go to food be fresh and delicious this location food taste like its placed in a microwave. horrible never going here anymore this. I have tried 3x and its the same i am done

We usually go to this location occasionally and we never have any problems. Usually the food is good, and the order is never a problem. But today they messed up our order. Which is reasonable, I understand how sometimes orders can get mixed up and the order can be wrong. So we had no problem going back and asking for our order to be fixed. The guy taking the orders at the drive threw september 10th @ 11:00pm was very nice and professional. THE MANAGER HOWEVER, very rude and shouldn't be a manager if she's gonna have an attitude if a customer is coming in about an order THEY MESSED UP. Our receipt was simple, a double Jack with no pickles. We got a hamburger. And like I said we have no problem going back and correcting our order because we know how orders can get mixed up. But the manager needs a serious attitude check.
