I've come through their drive thru a few times because their location is convenient and I need something fast. Today however, I stopped by 40 minutes before they are supposed to be closed, according to both their signs outside and Google. Nobody answered at the speaker or at the window and when I tried the front doors they were locked. There were two people who looked like employees inside, but they didnt look up from their phone. I don't know what was going on and I usually give people the benefit of the doubt but this was disappointing and confusing lol

Terrible service. Don't come to this KFC. I tried ordering 12 piece wings but they said they only had 9 already cooked. So they can only sell me 6 since it's either 6 , 12 or 20. It was only 6:30pm and they close at 10pm. They were too lazy too make more. So I ended up purchasing the 6 piece and some wedges which were soo old and hard, went straight to the trash. Wings didn't have much flavor to them. Place looked dirty all around.

I dont know WHOS in charge here, but this was by far the worst experience from a KFC I've ever had. 1st off, they acted like they didn't want to make any food for us, the lights in the back in the kitchen were off and it was only 6pm. After ordering the food and getting home, the wedges were SOOOOO stale that you needed to bite hard just to rip it. The chicken was ok at best, even though they weren't really hot. The food pretty much went to waste. This was a extremely upsetting experience, but considering how dirty this location looked, I blame myself for not going with my better instincts.

I went to the drive-through about 15 minutes before closing. They did not have any French fries, which was deeply disappointing because I absolutely LOVE KFC’s fries!!!
The staff member said the fry machine had already been turned off and cleaned. I suppose this was due to the owner or corporation refusing to give any overtime whatsoever, nor allowing adequate time to follow company procedures for cleaning, so employees have to shut down the machines early as much as possible so they don’t work one minute later than their scheduled shift.
I don’t have any proof except my own experience as an employee and what I’ve generalized from my experiences.
But the drive through staff member gave me one extra tender tip kind of make up for fries not being available, which I appreciated. But I really was looking forward to those fries. 😭😭😭
They made me wait 20 min and when I got it it was wrong and missing my sides. But they never forget to charge you! Also fix your phones!!!! Ppl need to get a hold of you to let you know if you're mistakes! Ppl want to get paid more but yet their messing up now and more. Ugh.....

My original flavored tendors was old, hard, and dried as hell. I'm pretty sure it's a leftover from the previous unsold batch. The fries and biscuit were freshly made. I just got screwed by KFC for $13.73 combo. Never go back to KFC again. I'll wait to go to Dave Spicy Chicken instead.

Thank you, KFC, for giving me the wrong sauces I ordered. Also, thank you for leaving out the biscuits I ordered, and it's a good thing you forgot to give me the honey I ordered, as i no longer need it. Furthermore, thank you for sending me your most rubbery of chicken tenders... the trashcan enjoyed them.
In conclusion, i hope the profits from my order will be used to purchase more honey, comeback sauce, biscuits, fresh tenders, and hair nets.
