Ordered ahead 4hr .upon arrival I was told all dressing was out.Had been given to catering.The fact that this has happened twice convinced me that when goals are met customer satisfaction is unimportant. That's not all ,the food I did have had the minimal of basic seasoning. I give up

I ordered the oxtail dinner with Mac&cheese and black eyed peas … the oxtails were delicious but they could have kept the stove top out of the box Mac&cheese and the dirt flavored black eyed peas they had no seasoning what so everI was warned that m&ms had changed owners and it was not the same I gave it a try I won’t ever eat here ever again 34 dollars I paid for food the only thing that was good was the oxtails I wish I listened to my husband.
Customer service is horrible . I stood in line and waited about 5 min . Two employees walked by and never greeted us. The older waitress then hugged and took another persons order that was behind us. The last couple times I noticed they favor towards male customers, maybe I should send my husband in if we come back.

Holy smokes this place is good ! The service was excellent. Tbey made an out oft Townes feel right at home. I had the oxtails with green.
