Nobody at the counter for quite some time, then the next 2 ppl had the same issue. Once they put my to go good bag & beverages on the counter & yelled out my order # i couldn't get anyone's attention to request a straw as there were none in sight or the bag. Parking was easy as there was nobody there when I arrived

The landscaping crew's use of leaf blowers during business hours significantly disrupted my drive-through experience at this McDonald's location around 10:15 AM. The noise made it difficult for the staff to hear my order, and the debris blew directly into my car. Considering I had recently washed my vehicle, this added to my frustration. Perhaps scheduling landscaping services during non-peak hours would help minimize disruptions to customers.

Waiting for your food in this specific Mcdonald’s location is always a total surprise. Today, I waited 25 minutes for my food which was a small meal. I was not able to complain because no one was at the counter. Also, the food here wasn’t appetizing at all. Not to mention, the fries weren’t fresh. The fries were soggy and cold. The chicken nuggets here were cold too, which is just absurd. Mcdonald’s is supposed to be a fast food place, not a slow food place. This is so ridiculous.

Recently I visited the McDonald's in the Carson location. I walked into McDonald's and I found out that McDonald's interior had been changed a lot. They used to have many dining tables & parents could sit with their children and enjoy their meals. Now, they have self-serve Computers and you have to order your food. Also, they used to have various selections of menus. They got rid of several menus such as the chicken salad menu, yogurt parfait & vanilla or chocolate ice-cream cone. Now, McDonald's has hamburger menus only. I was disappointed about the McDonald's changes. I used to like McDonald's chicken salad a lot. They still have drive thru services and pickup services from your car. I ordered foods from the McDonald's App, but it took long time to get my foods. I missed old McDonald's services before. I was just disappointed about the new changes at the McDonald's restaurant.

I visited this McDonald’s and was very disappointed with the condition of the restroom. The urinal was extremely dirty. The soap dispenser wasn’t working, and neither was the hand dryer. This is unacceptable for an establishment of this level. I hope the management addresses these sanitation issues promptly.

Worst customer service possible with an employee and a manager that doesn't know how to do their job. I asked for 2 6pc nuggets for the buy one get one a dollar deal. Then I asked to use my rewards to add an additional 6pc. meaning I would have gotten 18 nuggets total. Aside from that I asked for a Mcchicken and a mcdouble. Instead I got 2 6pc. Nuggets a double cheeseburger and a mcchicken. The manager refused to swap out the double cheeseburger for the 6pc like I had wanted originally. If I was willing to pay extra money just to get a mcdouble I don't see why that was any of their concern. She then kept telling me that i couldn't redeem the 6 pc nuggets and get the 2 6pcs for the deal. I should have got their names but I got less food than what I asked for all because they thought they were saving me money.
