They make the food but don't bother to call it out or even put it in the pick up area. The bags just sitting behind the counter with my food in it and the employees are just hanging around and talking to each other like they have nothing to do.

The waiting times are very long, what's more, since the renovation was done inside the store, there are no longer any cashiers to serve me, I have been waiting for 10 minutes for someone to serve me. How horrible ?
