I arrived at 12 PM and the smell of cleaning chemicals was very strong. The staff were sweeping the floor while I waited. I had a take-out order, but the order number was mumbled, the food was just placed on the counter, and the staff walked away immediately, giving very little direct attention. Overall, my take-out experience was not pleasant.
I like their chicken banh mi. Whatever that green sauce they have it tastes good. Their bottled water is expensive. I know they want to make extra money but it is too much. $1 per bottle and they would probably sell more. FYI, I know how much a case costs at Costco. ^_^

Let’s just say this: if they served cocktails, I’d never leave.
The steak bulgogi bowl was chef’s kiss—I added extra lettuce and pickled daikon for that crisp, tangy balance and it did not disappoint. The steak was juicy, well-seasoned, and legit addictive. It’s the kind of bowl that makes you pause mid-bite just to close your eyes and say “Mmm.”
Service? Excellent. Quick, friendly, and on point. And bonus: they’ve got a surprisingly cute little patio outside. Perfect for a daytime lunch break or post-gym meal in the sun.
Honestly, I’d give it 5 stars if I could sip a glass of wine while people-watching. But for now? Takeout or patio vibes it is.
I’ll definitely be back.

This restaurant has the worse customer service. There will be 6 workers behind the counter and 5 are doing everything else besides helping customers. And only 1 putting together your açaí bowl. When the line and wait is long, other workers should help. Waiting 15 - 20 minutes in line at 11:30p is insane.

I drive by this place all the time I'd figure I give them a try. Place looks nice from the outside. Ordered their popular grilled pork bowl and popcorn chicken. I received a burnt pork bowl. It was not edible so straight to the trash. Popcorn chicken tasted like they just refried it. What is going on???

I should have known by the other reviews this was NOT going to be good! This was the most watered down unauthentic Vietnamese food I’ve ever had. It was not good at all. I had the short rib bahn mi and it tasted like a Philly cheesesteak. Just writing this I’m turning my nose up because ugh nothing about this sandwich gave Bahn Mi AT ALL! The prices are a little high too. A sandwich, bowl, eggrolls and two drinks $60.00 for subpar food and service. Oh and not to mention they don’t have peanut sauce what Vietnamese restaurant doesn’t have that. Won’t be back. Only thing that was good was the pickles carrots and Dikon.

As a fellow Nguyen i feel i have some more weight to my review. These are the red flags: Banh mi was just called a sandwich Beef dishes were labelled bulgogi (Korean) Not a single thing was also labelled in Vietnamese (indicative of a good viet spot is to have bi or tri lingual menus We ordered a lot "Short rib" sandwich was more like ribeye and the bread was stale and soft, and the food had no flavor Popcorn chicken tasted like it came out of a frozen bag that the crappy boba tea shops use. Egg rolls (Cha Gio) was the worst ive had in my life, and ive had one that are 24 hours old that had more crisp and flavor than these had. The spicy sauce was good, but every other sauce tasted like Sysco bought sauces. For the prices & portion sizes, this place deserves a 0. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE, not a single viet person in sight.
