Yesterday we were served by a waitress named Claudia, very bad service and when we told her that she never brought us something we ordered, she got upset and would not return, she was outraged.

My family & I enjoyed the service & meal very much. If you are looking for good food as well as service please stop by. You won't regret it.Wheelchair accessibility: The walkways were wide enough to pass through. As well as the seating wide enough & a chair can be place at the table.
Horrible, unorganized, long wait for waiter to take order. Found lemon seeds in coffee cup. Two weeks before found a rock in my eggs!

Today March 23, 2024, my husband and I went to Norm's about 6 p.m. and there were not alot of people (15) there was no welcome and we had to wait to be sitted in which they took so long. Then a worker came to give us the menu and escorted us to the table, she was not friendly, she did not ask us what drink do we want or offered any water; she just left. And we waited, and waited, and waited in which it felt like 10 minutes and she did not come to our table to ask if we are ready to order so we just left. In 2022 we came to this Norm's and had great service but the second time around, it's seem like the workers are not happy to work at all. The energy at Norm's was gloomy and sad. Side note, I had to add a star to have this posted.

Very depressed, there was a Norms in Santa Monica decades ago and I use to go with my parents once a month and it was great, my daughter works in Carson and we stopped in and it was awful, 30 min wait to be seated, 45 minutes until the food came, food was the worst over cooked veggies and over cooked steak when I ordered medium rare then another 25 minutes for the check sorry but not going back
