I enjoyed my experience at Orleans and York deli. The Chicken Pastrami with fries was flavorful, and the service was prompt. The cozy ambiance added to the overall positive dining experience. I'm normally not a Po-boy kinda fellow, but all these sandwiches are good. I don't know where the bread is from, cuz I'm not a bread guy but my Mom introduced me to this place and it is top tier. I will sai I'm a potato guy and the fries are passable, but any of the sandwiches I've had are fantastic. Shrimp, Catfish, deli... Worth it!

I would give 0 star if possible. Terrible client service, expensively priced meals, ridiculously small portions for the price. Plus get ready to wait even if there's just one person in front of you. All these and you still end up paying ridiculous prices especially with the sides and switch out. Nonsense

Very sad and disappointed I won't be buying from here again. There's been two occasions where my boyfriend and I have ordered the vegan wings through a delivery service and both those times we were missing an order and completely over charged. The app clearly states I am buying 10 pieces of wings with fries for $20. We ordered two 10 pcs wings but only received one 10 pc. Somehow, they managed to change the order (please see pictures). I paid $40 for 10 pieces of wings and a handful of fries?! Are you f***ing crazy?! N O T. W O R T H. I T. If you come here for the extremely overpriced vegan wings, please do yourself a favor and drive to or order from Sunny Express in Compton. They have the same type of vegan wings for a lot less cheaper and will always hook you up unlike this money hungry place.

Foods great, but piece of advise. If you are taking a togo order - honeayyyyy you better check it. How you come and order fish togo and there's no utensils, tartar sauce or napkins. Crazy right? Well it happened and its not a fluke. It was 2 days in a row. Management needs to get with the staff cause as great as the food is, to drive home and then find pieces of your order missing on TOP of the basics is annoying. Poeboy with shrimp and sausage is fire.

Before I explain my 1 star I'd like to say the food was fresh to order, shrimp was juicy with a perfect crunch, great flavors on the mumbo fries, great chef.The service was not good. After paid for my hot food I preceeded to the refrigerator to see cold items and the 2 cashiers stood right next me not saying anything just watching me like I was some sort of thief (they were non black in a black neighborhood at a black own restaurant). I was very annoyed and almost asked for my money back but I was dreaming about my sandwich all night. To break the ice I started to ask them about the different deserts in the refrigerator and sadly they were too ignorant to tell which cake was which, which ones were best sellers, or their personal favorite so I just grabbed a random white cake which was delicious by the way. I got my food and when I got home I realized they had not put my hot sauce for the po boy sandwich in bag, I was so upset. I got to eat it with that sauce becauseit ties everything together.Overall, I love York and Orleans and I will repeat my sandwich but I will never visit this location again. The Baldwin Hills and Windsor Hills location are exceptional customer service.

I love this restaurant, never have a bad meal and I typically order two meals because I don't live close and want everything. It will last a few days. I'm never disappointed. I usually get the gumbo mumbo, shrimp and grits and something the shrimp po boy. All great. The gumbo mumbo will last me two days. I also always get dessert. Or two

Wow!!! I love this place. My coworkers and I used to get sandwiches from here pre pandemic when I worked in the area. It's been a few years, but I recently rediscovered on DoorDash/postmates and have ordered a few times over the past month or so. Not only do I love all the food I've had so far, but today I had such a great customer service experience I had to share. I called ahead to ask about getting a traditional chopped cheese sandwich since I only saw the vegan option on yelp. They were very kind, asked what name to look for, and told me not to worry.I just got my food, and not only is it great, but they hooked me up with some desserts to try!! I don't want people to think they just give them away, *please don't expect that and ask!* but I will say, they made my DAY!!
