At approximately 3:30 p.m., my husband and I were hungry. we went to Panda Express, the food was old, and the fried rice was overcooked. I told the manager or the owner, and he said this is how the new orange chicken and rice are (now). He lied. We felt lied to unappreciated, disappointed, and disrespected. We will not go to that Panda Express again!

Give small portions! 2 year update and still they give the smallest of portions and they want you to donate to Children's Hospital but Panda Express doesn't match the donations, but do use it for tax write-off!
I have never been denied a glass of water anywhere ? and I still asked to try something and they told me that they couldn't give it to me and that they could put it on the side of my plate, so if I liked it until the next time I come lol ??

Bad experience my first time to eat Panda Express here in South Bay Mall. I bought to go food worth $15 bucks and the cashier asked me politely if I want to donated to their charities indeed I gave a donations.While waiting for my husband to pick me up ate 3 pcs of crab ragoons I bought to them. I asked the cashier if she can give me a cup for water I’m not during soda.,she saw me having hard time swallowing.She just said they don’t have a cup for water since I saw in the counter a small cup .JUST A WATER. Went out teary eyes.9/25/23 around between 8:15 in the evening. How in human she is.

Very excellent, especially a good girl, Maria, one of her workers, served me a small box of broccoli and beef but it was half full and I told her and she gave it to me as served. Thank you

Good place, excellent service, very friendly staff. Just a small detail, they give very little food per portion, it's okay that everything is expensive but it's not that big of a deal, almost $50 Dls and for only a few boxes and to top it off they give you almost half of the food. OMG

We ordered the deluxe shrimp with walnut, and a rice dish, Shrimp and Teriyaki, 1 thing the dish with shrimp did not have any walnuts 2 thing my dry Teriyaki I asked the cashier to put sauce on it, and the older man who served us gives you attitude
