I was having the worst day ever. Came in to grab something to eat and Alexis made the whole experience better. It was something so warm and friendly about her. Then I go to pay and Zuly is also nice and welcoming. I just wanted to say thank you to the team. I’m going to enjoy this one and it feels a bit extra special.

IF I CAN LEAVE ZERO STARTS I WOULD, THIS IS THE WROST PANDA EXPRESS EVER THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WROST STAFF OS RUDE THEY GIVE YOU HOT DRINKS IF YOU ORDER AHEAD FOOD IS NOT ALL THAT. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR PHONE WITH YOU THEY SUPPOSEDLY NEED CONFIRMATION NUMBER THEY MADE ME GO GET MY PHONE FOR NOTHING THEY DIDN'T EVEN SEE ASK TO SEE MY CONFIRMATION WHEN I CAN BACK THEY JUST GAVE ME MY FOOD AND HOT DRINKS.WHAT WAS THE REASON TO WASTE A CUSTOMERS TIME IF YOU DIDN'T LOOK AT CONFIRMATION. BEWARE NOT WROTH IT !!

Mario did an amazing job and went above and beyond when helping me! He was truly phenomenal and made sure the issue that I was having was revolves with me being exceptionally happy and feeling like family. He truly is a star employee and I really appreciate his effort and hardwork. He truly is the reason I’ll forever be a loyal and returning customer! Thanks Mario!!!

At approximately 3:30 p.m., my husband and I were hungry. we went to Panda Express, the food was old, and the fried rice was overcooked. I told the manager or the owner, and he said this is how the new orange chicken and rice are (now). He lied. We felt lied to unappreciated, disappointed, and disrespected. We will not go to that Panda Express again!

Give small portions! 2 year update and still they give the smallest of portions and they want you to donate to Children's Hospital but Panda Express doesn't match the donations, but do use it for tax write-off!
