Honestly, I wasn’t expecting Panera’s coffee to be this good — but it is. It’s not third-wave specialty roast or whatever, but it’s smooth, fresh, and refillable. That’s all I need.

I'm gonna give it to Jessica and the older gentleman that was cleaning how they were super kind to each and every customer. But this place has an employee named Rosie in the kitchen (she was a cook) that needs a re-evaluation check. She was wearing glasses and a maroon shirt. I asked for apples as my side for my sandwich and because of my braces I can't take a bite off an apple. I asked her politely if she'd be able to cut the apple for me and explained why and this chick grabbed the apple and rolled her eyes, put the apple slices in a cup and tossed the cup at me at the counter and said nothing when I apologized. She just kept rolling her eyes and looked very upset. This really set me aback because I kindly asked her to do it. She could have said no and not been so stupidly rude about it.
The food was okay. But this experience with Rosie was uncalled for.
STAND IN LINE and WAIT for the cashier to HAND you your order from behind the counter????

She blessed me with her kindness and generosity by going above and beyond. I was pleasantly surprised. And it wasn't only what she did, but who she was to me...Genuine!
