My family and I have always ordered at this place for many years, the fact that this place no longer has there own set of drivers and they rely on DoorDash to do there delivery is not only a loss for them but as a customer as well. We ordered 2 pizzas with chicken parm poppers and the driver forgot to bring us the 2 liter Pepsi that came with our order. We called the store and the manager had the audacity to tell us that he’d refund our order and that if we wanted the Pepsi’s we ordered we’d have to go to the store to pick it up. Are you serious? That’s poor customer service and poor communication towards the driver who delivered our food. We paid almost $50 for what ordered and having us drive to the store because you guys couldn’t communicate properly to the DoorDash driver is ridiculous. We are not ordering from here anymore and we’ve been loyal customers until now.

The pizza was supposed to be 3 toppings pepperoni ham and mushrooms, it had very little toppings. Just thick crust with a little cheese. What really upset me was that there was only one person cooking and handling money. I should have have the health department to shut them down.

I placed an order four days in advance for my daughter’s birthday party. I spoke directly with the manager and ordered 7 cheese pizzas, 7 pepperoni pizzas, and 3 works pizzas. He repeated the order back to me, confirmed the total price, and we agreed on the date and time for delivery.
On the day of the party, the order arrived 30 minutes late—and to make matters worse, they delivered 14 pepperoni pizzas and 3 works pizzas, with no cheese pizzas at all.
When I called to report the mistake, the staff acted as if I had made the error and insisted I ordered 14 pepperoni pizzas. Why would I place such a specific order and then call to complain if that’s what I truly ordered?
This experience showed a lack of accountability, poor customer service, and complete disregard for punctuality. Very disappointing, especially on an important occasion.

This is how my pizza was sent out!! Someone looked at this pizza and said it was okay to send out for delivery!! They gave me the run-around about a refund and remaking my pizza. I said I didn't want to refund I wanted a new pizza and they told me they couldn't do it because the same issue might reoccur!! When I called back they told me that they were going to remake the pizza and send it to me. I still haven't received a new pizza or a refund. I paid $35 for a pizza I never got to eat!! Dissatisfied!!

I had the most horrible experience when you called there general number they re-direct you to whoever has the least business so make sure that you press five so they can direct you to your home Papa Johns I was redirected to one of the furthest one in my area. It took three hours to get my pizza. It was cold. I tried calling them several times never answered finally had to call the 800 number. They were very kind refunded my money, but it didn’t really make a difference because my pizza was cold and it was three hours late.

Order xl NY style pizza (well done, normal cheese, pizza sauce, sausage and mushroom) and was disappointed that it was nothing like NY style pizza, just a hand toss regular pizza. Domino and Little Casesar Pizza have better sausage than this. The best part of the pizza was the mushroom.
