I love this Acai chain. I love all the different, healthy, and awesome ingredients you can add to your acai bowl. Each server is an artist. No artist is the same. You can really tell when someone cares about what they are doing and when someone is just going through the motions. I look forward to trying out some of the other locations.
I was in there yesterday Sunday. The girl was mopping and sweeping the floor during when I and other customers were eating and in line . I almost slipped in the restroom from the wet floor. The girl and the guy that were mopping didn't even wash they're hands . In addition to all that the AC vents are dirty as hell. All the money they make and they can't keep the AC clean sad 😢 it's kind of expensive also smh

I started coming here since last year when I went to Ikea and my boyfriend and I wanted Acai bowls and the place that popped up was this place. I'm never going anywhere else but here !!! They stay open late which is great! If you have a sweet tooth late at night. But tbh they're bases aren't too sweet which I love !! They are so cheap and they serve you a good amount of toppings. No taxes included which I was surprised. I recommend putting in your phone number for rewards. I just started last night and their rewards are free bowls !!! What a way to go more often and collect points ! There's outside seating and indoors too. There's a food restaurant literally attached to it and the food there is great !

I have never complained about this spot since I come to this açaà bowl place all the time, and they always provide us with great service. HOWEVER, this time I felt compelled to write a review about one specific male employee that was working around 12 AM on Saturday 10/27, as shown in the picture. I understand they close at 1 AM, but he cursed and slammed the agave syrup container to make it obvious he was annoyed. He was also rushing us to get our orders done as quickly as possible and gave us an attitude the entire time while being impatient. This male employee made our whole party feel anxious and made us not want to be served by this guy again. I’m just glad the other two female workers were patient with us. He also made our bowl portions smaller than what they usually serve. I hope management can address this male employee’s behavior.
