I've been here multiple times and I love this place. Tonight Brie was the manager and it was the BEST experience I have had to date. She is so sweet and funny and just made the night extra special. Otherwise, Kazu is great overall with amazing hand rolls and can seem a little intimidating if it is your first time, but it is worth the wait and the freshness is amazing

consistently good, never a bad experience. there's always a wait, but it moves fairly quickly- this is definitely not a spot where you go and stay for hours. if you're looking for casual hand rolls this is your spot. i also like that they add service and taxes so you don't need to figure out the tip- everything is included.

In and out hand roll operation from Sugarfish. It's one big horseshoe counter with bar stools. Super casual and inexpensive. You can get five rolls for $20. Tipping is automatically 15%. Rolls are loose, the nori is thin and crispy, and the rice is delicious. Their scallop roll is my favorite, slightly creamy. They have daily specials, and you can order trays of takeout cut rolls for parties.

I visit this spot a lot since I work right next to it. I have to say their customer service is always excellent and they keep the spot clean consistently. Prices are affordable and they serve sizeable portions.

refused to seat us at a sushi bar as requested, and sat us between two dates that were loud and obnoxious in an empty restaurant. waiter took 15 minutes to bring a beer, only to come back after reminding him to say they were out. Charged us for a dish we never got and had to get it taken off bill. Common guys.
