I love this place, they are very friendly, they have a clean place, they are attentive, the food has a very good flavor, their price is very good, it is always fresh, I love their tea and they are fast even though sometimes They have long lines of cars outside, they have people serving outside as well, they care about their customers and they like that.

Food was fine. Curbside pickup wasn't. After waiting 15 minutes, I finally went in. My order was sitting on the pickup shelf. The tag on our order correctly displayed our car info, but the order was not taken out to us. Catsup and sweetener were missing from the bag. Chicken, Texas toast, and fries were good. The counter worker was very apologetic.

Ordered a Cainiac Combo in the drive-thru. Got home to find it only had 3 chicken fingers instead of 6. Way to scam me out of my meal and money.

Saw an Orangutan in instagram eating Raising Cane's so I decided to get one myself, fries and the bread are great and affordable, the dip that comes with it is delicious as well, would recommend this fast food restaurant.

Although I did come at a time where it's very quiet, the place is spacious and can accommodate a number of customers.

Veronica "says" she is the manager but it was very hard to tell. Very rude and not customer service friendly. I was missing something from my order and I called and spoke to her and she goes very rudely: "what do you want me to do about it!?!" she could truly care less. I went back the next day and told them I drove 20 minutes out the way and what could they do, her and damon did not care. He said veronica said they were only replacing what was missed and not the whole order. so I said I get the bare minimum!?! I got no customer service at all. I literally spent time and gas money just to pick up what I "paid" for the day before. Nothing extra. I told Damon I would leave a review of my horrible experience and of course he didnt care he said ok! I will never give them my business again
