April’s service was awesome. Normally, I have an issue explaining substitutions but she understood at first try! We decided to dine in, wait was not long at all. Beverage area and table we sat at was clean as well.

Had tried a sonic smashburger in the past it truly is not the same. I got the Bacon smash burger with the smash fries. They were excellent. The burger was very tasty and not too big as to weigh you down. Very fresh quality ingredients. I will be giving my local smash burger a try pretty quick to see if it matches up. Good Job guys

I wanted to express my gratitude to Jimaya(sorry for the spelling), the person at the register during our visit. When we arrived, there was a sudden influx of customers, causing a slight delay in the kitchen. Despite the challenging situation, she remained composed and handled the matter with professionalism. Remarkably, the kitchen managed to complete our orders in a shorter time than expected. It’s essential that someone in management acknowledges her exceptional work and outstanding customer service.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE even when they were about to close, they helped me and with kindness too! I’ve been to places where they get annoyed or upset when you come in 45 minutes before closing. I’m coming here again !

First time at Smashburger in Carson and This will be my everyday spot for my lunch break. The food was soooooo good and the young lady Talani was so helpful. Cesar and Vulian did an amazing job. I’ll be back tomorrow.

Ordered burgers fries, and brussel sprouts. All were amazing. I was honestly surprised to see brussel sprouts on the menu, and was not disappointed.

Smashburger Carsons Team (Julian Manager, Lincoln Cook and Lani Cashier) went over and beyond to say the least. We arrived a bit after 9pm. On My error I had complications accessing my birthday gift card it and the entire team had patience providing superior customer service and support with gleaming smiles although I was going into their closing time. Thank You Carson you made My 1st time visit an epic one - We LOVED it and will be returning in the very near future. No other restaurant food quality compares - fresh crisp lettuce, tomato and onion, burger juicy beyond comparison an entire meal fresh off the grill - There is nothing like warm food in the belly on a chilly night.

To the Owner of the Smashburger – Carson Location,
I’m writing to share my experience visiting your store today, and I hope this message reaches you directly, as my concerns are about the management and staffing of this location—not the two employees who were doing everything they could.
I originally placed an Uber Eats order, which was suddenly canceled. I called the store, and the employee informed me that the system was down and that Uber Eats orders were not being processed. I asked if I could place an order over the phone instead, and he said yes, but payment would have to be in cash due to the system issues. I told him I would call back shortly, but when I called again—multiple times—no one answered.
Because of that, I decided to drive to the location. When I arrived, the store was completely overwhelmed. There was only one person at the register and one cook in the back, even though it was a busy Sunday. There was a long line of customers waiting to order, a group waiting for food that had been sitting out and getting cold, and pickup orders that hadn’t been handed out. It was clear the two employees were severely understaffed and doing everything they possibly could.
I placed my order and returned after 15 minutes. While my food was ready, both of my shakes were missing. I then had to wait another 15 minutes for those to be made. The crowd continued to grow, and customers were getting frustrated because no one was being helped promptly. Even the cook had to come out to hand out orders.
This was my first time visiting this location, and I came because of the great reviews online. Unfortunately, my actual experience was the complete opposite—not because of the employees, but because of the lack of staffing, support, and management.
My question is: Where is the owner or manager? How is it acceptable to have only two employees running an entire restaurant on a busy Sunday? These workers should not be left alone to carry the full weight of the store with no support.
I truly hope you take this feedback seriously. With proper staffing and management, this location could be great—but the conditions today were unfair to both employees and customers.

Our first time trying. The food was delicious. Fresh and prepared nicely. Our only issue was the service. The young lady that took our order didn't listen. My wife and I told her exactly what we wanted and thought we paid for. But what we got was half the order. So we had to place a second order. Also the young lady asked if I'd like whipped cream on my milkshake. When I said no she brought over the whipped cream and left on my table. Once again she didn't listen.
