After eating half of the kids meal burger at around 1pm dine in, at 7pm had severe diarrhea for about a hour. My sister had a regular size burger and her diarrhea started early the next morning. That was the only thing eaten. Tried for the first time. Never again

The best customer service on the map. April took my call right before 9 they close at 9:30 I made it there. Got my order and my food was hot the manager served me and met these ladies I almost cried they were so nice. I fly home to NC tomorrow and had to have a SmashBurger and they accommodated I got what I came for and great service. I love them and will be back in October with my cowgirls

⭐ 5-Star Experience at Smashburger in Carson! ⭐ I had such a great experience at Smashburger in Carson! April and Issac went above and beyond with their superior customer service they were friendly, attentive, and made me feel genuinely welcome.
Not only was the service amazing, but the food was absolutely delicious. The only thing I deducted points for were the smash tots they were a little too salty and oily for my liking, but they were still packed with flavor.
I will definitely be back~thank you, April and Issac, for making my visit such a positive one! 🍔👏
