I was burned in the drive thru while receiving a cup with a lid that was not secured. I walked into the lobby to report to a supervisor or manager and I still have not been reimbursed for my Dr.'s bill let alone any other compensation. After filing a claim two months ago, I am still waiting for a phone call and have been told the claim has been escalated over 6 weeks ago. To make matters worse, today I was told that the manager claims there was no incident. I have names of everyone involved along with extra packs of burn cream I was given that day from staff. Customer service is definitely a thing of the past and its sad when companies do not take responsibility for their errors or accidents.

Staff do not know how to warm up a chocolate croissant, I returned it because it was cold than they remake and it was too hot that the croissant shrinks 30% ha ha

I come to this exact Starbucks nearly every day sometimes more than once a day and get the same thing. Lavender cold foam matcha and this time they made it with the strawberry foam. I told them about it and the guy who made it insisted that it was made correctly and I said there's no way. Not only were there specs of reddish pink stuff in the foam but I tasted it and again I get this drink every day. They re-made it and it was the same thing. The girl at the register might be color blind or she didn't want to look closely at the drink to see what I was talking about. She said I'm sorry I see purple. Lavender cold foam does not have specs of reddish pink stuff in it and does not taste like strawberry. They ended up refunding my order but I just wanted my drink made right. It's cool though no sweat. This is just the closest Starbucks across from where I charge my car.

Edit, now 3 years after opening the service is worse. Going to five different Starbucks on average each week, this is by far the least friendly the least efficient and has the worst employees I have ever had to deal with at a Starbucks. I don't understand why the other Starbucks in this town are so well managed and people are so nice and friendly, but this one is filled with angry high school teenagers with no management at all. What is up with these people with zero customer service and no hope of any redeeming qualities?
2 years after opening, this remains one of the worst managed Starbucks ever. The workers there average age 18 and they act age 16 and they behave like they're 12. Go at the wrong time and it feels like you're in a high school locker room. This is by far the least professional least friendly group of people working at Starbucks ever.
I don't think they even have a manager and if they did that manager needs to do their job and make sure that customer satisfaction is actually there. I think the manager must be 18 also.
Seriously you need a new manager, this is a good location in Carson and why is it that the best and newest Starbucks in Carson has the worst service by far? The other Starbucks in Carson are very well run why is this one run like a 7-Eleven?

I came here through drive through for breakfast and a coffee. They gave me my sandwich in a ripped bag which I didnāt realize until I was driving and the sandwich fell out of the bag onto the floor of my car. I called and spoke with Chris and he told me that they donāt make the bags and thereās nothing they could do about that⦠thanks Chris. He offered me a refund when I was able to come back. I came back when I was able to and went inside for the refund. It was my first time going inside instead of drive through. No one greeted any customers. Luis was cashier and when he finally got to me he didnāt even offer an apology or ounce of care and then mid transaction walks away to do something for drive through. Came back in silence and then once the receipts printed he walked away again and didnāt say anything. So I grabbed the receipts and left. Needless to say this location is lacking in customer service.
Itās an easy solution to check a bag before handing it to a customer⦠itās easy to greet customers. Itās easy to say āsorry you had an unpleasant experienceā. As if I needed another reason to no support Starbucks - this definitely led me to choose other shop going foward.
I have been drinking Starbucks for 30 years: this is the absolute worst Starbucks latte Iāve ever tasted. Something is wrong at this location, and corporate needs to investigate.
The staff here are beyond incredible. They will go above n beyond to make their customers friendly. By far one of the best Starbucks around. They definitely make you feel welcomed.
