Usually don’t leave bad reviews but the customer service here just sucked. Specifically the talk black girl that was working the register, it’s Christmas and I think she got coal today or something. Bummer

Been a loyal customer from a very long time, always getting drinks in different locations and always a hit. Never been to a location where I feel humiliated and disappointed. HOWEVER, today I encountered a very unpleasant experience by the barista who took my order from the drive thru. HIS NAME, MICHAEL. SOOOOOO RUDE. Didn’t gave me the drink I wanted, after repeating so many times I ended up accepting the drink that he put instead of the one I wanted. Tasted nasty and watered down. When I go to the window to pay, he didn’t even told me how much it was, did not even say hi, DID NOT EVEN LOOKED AT ME. I stayed there to pay and he gave a dirty glanced and say “what”, which I answered that I wanted to pay. Rolled his eyes and just put the machine card on the window and closed it.
My order was not complicated, not even customized. It was plain and simple and yet, I still received a dirty attitude from this worker. You guys have to do better and hire people who are really willing to provide consumer service. My money worths just like everyone else’s. Will never be back here again! 👎👎👎

Stopped at this Starbucks and had one of the best experiences I’ve had at any location. The employee taking orders over the intercom was incredibly inviting, welcoming, and genuinely friendly, something you don’t always come across. My order was made quickly and, most impressively, it was done exactly as I ordered, which rarely ever happens these days. Another thing that stood out was how the employee didn’t just stick out the payment machine and awkwardly look away while waiting for a tip, which is something we constantly deal with back home. Because of his genuine attitude and great service, I chose to leave a tip anyway, and he seemed so genuinely happy and appreciative, even for a small amount. That kind of gratitude and positive energy made the experience stand out. Highly recommend this Starbucks for both the quality of service and the way they treat their customers!

My first time and last. The drive thru took forever. Not usually one to complain, but I will. They were short handed? Or so it appeared. I probably wouldn't have said anything but the lids on my drinks we're not sealed tightly and sadly tipped over and spilled all over. So disappointed. I didn't want to go back because the drive thru line was just too long. Ugh!

I ordered a single BACON egg cheese sandwich, something I thought was pretty basic. I was the only person in line. How in the world does Starbucks just forget to put bacon on their bacon sandwich? Good lord

The new jalapeño chicken pocket is NOT worth the price. There were two little pieces of chicken in it, and it was very small. Definitely is not what the picture they advertise. The service was mid today. Seems every time I order a food item and drink, I have to ask them for my food item, and they never give the condiments or napkins. Do better Starbucks!
Prices go up, and quality, quantity, and service are going down.

Make cashier was friendly, but the service & quality extremely poor. The beverages were poorly made & when asked kindly to assist they gave attitude & still did not fix the problem. It was a quick stop going out of town & this Starbucks was right of the Frey. Never going back.
