Stopped at this Starbucks and had one of the best experiences I’ve had at any location. The employee taking orders over the intercom was incredibly inviting, welcoming, and genuinely friendly, something you don’t always come across. My order was made quickly and, most impressively, it was done exactly as I ordered, which rarely ever happens these days. Another thing that stood out was how the employee didn’t just stick out the payment machine and awkwardly look away while waiting for a tip, which is something we constantly deal with back home. Because of his genuine attitude and great service, I chose to leave a tip anyway, and he seemed so genuinely happy and appreciative, even for a small amount. That kind of gratitude and positive energy made the experience stand out. Highly recommend this Starbucks for both the quality of service and the way they treat their customers!

My first time and last. The drive thru took forever. Not usually one to complain, but I will. They were short handed? Or so it appeared. I probably wouldn't have said anything but the lids on my drinks we're not sealed tightly and sadly tipped over and spilled all over. So disappointed. I didn't want to go back because the drive thru line was just too long. Ugh!

I ordered a single BACON egg cheese sandwich, something I thought was pretty basic. I was the only person in line. How in the world does Starbucks just forget to put bacon on their bacon sandwich? Good lord

The new jalapeño chicken pocket is NOT worth the price. There were two little pieces of chicken in it, and it was very small. Definitely is not what the picture they advertise. The service was mid today. Seems every time I order a food item and drink, I have to ask them for my food item, and they never give the condiments or napkins. Do better Starbucks! Prices go up, and quality, quantity, and service are going down.

Make cashier was friendly, but the service & quality extremely poor. The beverages were poorly made & when asked kindly to assist they gave attitude & still did not fix the problem. It was a quick stop going out of town & this Starbucks was right of the Frey. Never going back.

Second time my cold brew had no cream like how I ordered. Either poor training or they just dgaf. The one on Carson is soo much better.

The employees at this Starbucks have been consistently cold and at times outright passive aggressive, on a consistent basis for about half a year since I’ve moved to the city. I’ve tried to hold space for it being people having bad days or whatnot, but at this point I recognize a clear and persistent pattern.

This location is only good on the weekends. Monday through Friday the drinks are made with minimal effort by barista's who barely pay attention to what anyone orders even when its not busy. You will be better off going to the location a little further down the street or buying the premade bottled drinks from the Target across the street.

Last night, I went to the Starbucks coffee shop in Southbay Pavillion Mall.I needed to meet someone in there.After that, I went to the drive-thruand ordered my dinner. I orderedcheese Danish, sandwiches, and mangodragonfruit lemonade.My little dog was with me, so I asked ayoung lady that of my dog could have little whipped cream. Then, she gaveme the free whipped cream for my dog.My dog really enjoyed the whipped cream.Anyway, I got my food, and first, I tried the mango dragonfruit lemonade.It was magnificent! The remonade was refreshing, delightful, and delicious.I loved it !!! It was the best tastinglemonade, I ever had it before.Then, I tried the sandwiches. It wasmouth watering sandwiches.Also, cheese Danish was creamy, sweetand yammy tasting Danish.I really enjoyed all of the food. They were delicious and tasty meals.I recommend this Starbucks coffee shop to everyone. They offer variouscoffees, fruit drinks, and best tastingsandwiches, breakfast & deserts.Also, they have great customer service, too.
