The employee taking orders over the intercom was incredibly inviting, welcoming, and genuinely friendly, something you don’t always come across. The new jalapeño chicken pocket is NOT worth the price. There were two little pieces of chicken in it, and it was very small. Definitely is not what the picture they advertise. The service was mid today. Seems every time I order a food item and drink, I have to ask them for my food item, and they never give the condiments or napkins. Do better Starbucks!
