Whoever worked today, Wednesday, December 27, at 1255 p.m., you did me so dirty ? I ordered an iced chai matcha tea latte with Soy milk and and had it delivered with my Target pick up order.. it was regular milk. I sharted myself and left a trail of stank inside Bath and Body Work and didn't even get to score any of their semi annual sale today, I had to come home in that nastiness to shower ?

if I can give zero starts, I would! such bad customer service. Denise, got my Venti White Chocolate Mocha w/ light caramel drizzle right after the 3rd time she had to remake! I asked for her name because of course she didn't have her name tag and the way she answered DENISE with the worse additude!!!

Cashier was great but Aaron the barista had a really bad attitude. He was rambling, talking bad about peoples orders and that they wanted it a specific way. When it came time to get my order I was missing ice cups and he told another barista to get them for me with a laugh. I guess he didn’t want to work today. I hardly get Starbucks but today I stoped by to get a drink because it’s 90 degrees out. His tone and energy was a bad experience.

Literally just went there to order a hot drink because it's raining and the two employees tell me their machine is broken and only have cold drinks. My coworker had just came back from picking up hot drinks. They always tell me their machine is broken every time I go there. Very upset. Pregnant and had to drive in the rain to the other Starbucks near by.

This is a nice Starbucks with convenient parking. service was fast and friendly. They did not have what I wanted, but I walked out with an alternate.

I’ve already been here twice already and I’m very disappointed. There is lack of flavor and it’s horrible. I love Starbucks but they need reteach the workers to do it right or get other people to do it right. My green tea lemonade is more like water. The green matcha team taste so horrible and dirty. Ew.

The drive thru was full but moves fast. The employees are very friendly and knowledgable. I really liked their "secret" menu. My favorite was the Strwberry Shortcake drink.
