Went in to take an interview at lobby-was running late so i went in straight to sit and start my zoom meeting. After maybe 15mins a barista approaches me(Asian i believe) and him seeing i am in the middle of speaking he is rudely trying to interrupt me. I turn my laptop and give him notes- he types i must consume in order to use the lobby- i nodd and type back ok- not for one second did I not think of consuming, i was running late which is why i didnt order but i was. I spend a heavily amount of money on Starbucks monthly. This was just rude and unnecessary. He seen i was in an interview and just hoovered making me break eye contact. Very intrusive. I finished walked up to the register to order, no one was up front so I walked out. Your store had s loss of about $30 yesterday.

Ordered red pepper egg bites, butter croissant and spicy falafel; pecan latte with coconut milk and risotto shots. The ladies were on top of their A-game today! Everything was delicious today, not overcooked or undercooked. I’m sorry for not getting your name but who took my order today 9/23/25 around 8:55-9am was super cool and slid the prefect recommendations. Great job ladies. Efficient, great work ethic and they weren’t doing that overly friendly service. Felt real comfortable ordering and receiving what I ordered.

One morning after purchasing a 40 oz. Starbucks iced espresso from Walmart (located in the same parking lot) I went to the actual Starbucks location to get a cup of ice to enjoy my iced espresso. Now I typically go to a different location, but because this location was so close without any other cars in the drive-through, I decided to stop there. The female barista proceeded to tell me that she would have to charge me $6.95 for a cup of ice with chocolate and caramel drizzle. I was really puzzled because I typically only pay about $2 or less for the cup of ice with the drizzle at other locations. She proceeded to tell me she needed to charge me for a Venti tea and I told her that was OK, I just like a cup of ice without the drizzle. Once arriving at the window, I was greeted by Travis. He proceeded to tell me that he can charge me only for the drizzle and I paid my usual price. Travis, thank you for your friendly and thoughtful customer service. Although the gesture was small, it was a monumental move to find a way to keep the customer happy (and returning!) and still generate a sale for the business. Every single dollar count, I know, I’m in marketing. Thank you for instantly turning my experience around Travis. I really appreciate your initiative and outstanding customer service.

Great service. Sadly put of stock of a few food items which was a let down, but service and what they did have was decent overall. Lady on counter was super, giving great recommendations and making sure my Fiancé got a decent size hot chocolate, sadly though this was very watery and not much flavour to it.

Dark Destroyer

I ordered a tall iced caramel macchiato. Most of the cup was filled with ice! Even when I ask for light ice, it’s mostly ice. Very disappointing. Not coming to this location again. Staff shows zero effort.

If there was zero stars I would’ve selected that. This is unfortunate considering I love Starbucks, however the employees here are unsatisfactory. Rude rude rude! I didn’t get the name, however the staff that works on Saturday around 4pm need some attention and training. Not only do they make the drinks taste different, but they don’t make me feel comfortable like at other Starbucks. PLEASE DO BETTER

Came through the drive through barista already had a dirty smuck look on her face she was the bigger white girl. I had asked for extra caramel and they gave me none at all, don’t bother this location they made a fool of me and were so rude. Especially the big white girl.

The summer-berry lemonade I ordered from this Starbucks location was terribly made. Not only does it not even look like it usually does, but also tasted terrible like it was intentionally made poorly. The drink looked grayish like color. I asked for extra pump of boba charged me $1.25 for an extra pump. Looks like I paid to get less boba than what it usually comes with for a grande drink. My iced caramel macchiato cup wasn’t even filled all the way. There was another incident here at this Starbucks location. Looks like employees know how to flirt with other people’s boyfriend's, but don’t know how to make the coffee.

Ordered a drink, waited like 15mins and my name was never said. Eventually I noticed the drink was on the counter and no workers were around, so I went and grabbed it.

One of the saddest sales people there, bad welcoming, especially from one overweight lady on the cashier, that reminded me that I shouldn't have touched the basket filled with packets of honey, in the front, since there is a pandemic going on...
