I just got in the store planing to get some coffee and do some work as usual but I needed to use the restroom first and this lady didn't give me access to the restroom because I didn't have an order in place just yet... didn't get her name but she is white big girl even the customer next to me was impressed of her approach... go to another store dont waste your time here...

I love coming here but they ways seem to run out of the ingredients of all my favorite drinks. Everyone that works here is amazing and friendly. The only thing that need improvement is they need to keep better track of inventory. It's very disappointing when I order a drink and they don't have certain things that are supposed to be in the drink.
