Worst Starbucks I've ever been to. It's consistently terrible and I keep giving it a try because I live close, and they never improve.

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for a long time, and as a regular customer this isn’t something I usually complain about. Lately, however, I’ve been experiencing the same issue repeatedly with my drink order. I order it sugar-free through the app and also confirm it at the window every time, yet I still end up driving away with a drink that tastes like it was made with regular syrup. I understand that mistakes happen, but this has been happening far too often to ignore. After tasting my drink during my most recent visit, I went back inside to address the issue. The barista who made the drink immediately responded in a rude and dismissive tone, saying, “It is sugar free,” even though it clearly was not. She then asked if I wanted it remade, but did so with an annoyed, bothered attitude that made the interaction unprofessional. On top of the repeated order mistakes, the staff has recently come across as rushed, disengaged, and irritated. At this point, it feels less like an honest mistake and more like the baristas simply don’t want to make the drink as ordered because it requires extra effort. I don’t understand why drinks with customizations are offered on the menu if the staff is unwilling or too lazy to follow those customizations correctly. As a regular, this experience has been frustrating and disappointing enough that I won’t be returning to this location.

About time I leave a review this location is beyond disrespectful.. I always place my phone order 15 minutes before arrival and I believe that’s beyond generous amount of time for a simple coffee . It notifies me ready however when I get to it’s nowhere near started . This morning same issue . I tried to ask the barista close to the counter and was ignored until I said “hello” he then turned around and splashed me PURPOSELY when washing a cup . Then said “ what do you need” … that is wild . Considering I’m only asking because my app said it was ready … it took everything for me to just ignore what had just happen . I wouldn’t ask for my order had it not had a status ready for pick up . Is there even a manager in place here ? Like get your shit together

I’ve held back for writing a review for a long time at this location. It’s on my way to work so I stopped there in the morning. They always see me walk up to the window and never come to the window and acknowledge me this morning for employees looked at me standing there did not come to the window. Tell me I’ll be right with you. Nothing they all went about their business then another employee who was warming up something in the little toaster oven drop something on the floor while handing it to another employee, picks it up off the floor changes the Starbucks paper envelope they put it in hand it to the guy at the window and the guy at the window hand it to the person out in the drive-through life. I’m absolutely appalled and disgusted that I seen that has happened around 625 to 628 this morning. I spend a lot of money at that location and I’m always treated awfully. I’m never greeted out the window in a timely manner. It’s very disappointing. I might as well just drive an extra five minutes to get treated nicer at the location on Unser and Ladera.

Don’t think that because you’re going inside. You’re gonna get served faster. It’s probably easier if you go through the drive-through because they don’t have a system where they serve both size other than that. The people are pleasant, but they’re super busy.

I got a drink 10 minutes ago. I ordered an ice blonde vanilla latte made with vanilla sweet cream, I just asked for a double shot and two syrup pumps. The drink was ok, but the women working there, were very mean. Maybe just because my English is not that good but I always ordered my drink and they can understand clearly. I used to ordered in the morning, but my daughter wanted a drink at this time. Also they were laughing at me when I went to window. I felt bad because they. First and last time getting a drink at this time. 👎

Ordered through drive through a vanilla sweet cream cold foam cold brew was addressed as ma’am. Order did not have cold foam or the label on my drink confirming order. Went inside to inform that no cold foam was on drink, ended up being charged extra for cold foam and drink that was replaced was a latte and not a cold brew. Will not be going to this starbucks ever again.

Cashier took my order wrong the store was not busy i placed my order use the restroom and still waited 10 more minutes for my drink they rather take the drive through more important
