Baristas were RUDE. I’m a truck driver, made my order online & their dinning room was closed. They expected me to go through drive thru when I couldn’t. Gave me the wrong items w/my order. Thanks for nothing.

Made a mobile order. It said it was gonna be 15 minutes. Got to the store 20 minutes and I still had to wait an additional 15 minutes more for my mobile order. it shouldn’t take 35 minutes for a coffee. This store is always like this. They’re slow or is it just went to the store a couple times never wanted to make a complaint but every time I come in I still gotta wait more than I have to for a cup of coffee so I decided to complain

Asked for Java chips added and instead of grinding them together with the drink as they usually do in any drink, they just added a bunch of them whole, sitting at the bottom of the cup…that’s a new one. This may be the last time I come to this one…

If I could give it zero stars I would It’s unfortunately crazy how some people can put in applications and the store MANAGER doesn’t post anything about working being a barista. I would say the black women who’s a shift lead is honestly seems like the only nice person in that store

I should have asked for or looked at her name but on my recent visit the barista who took our order was very sour faced, and impatient even when we asked for a minute and 1 question about a drink. Secondly the drink I ordered was amazing, the brown sugar shaken espresso venti, only problem was there was genuinely 80% ice after finishing the drink leftover maybe 5 regular sized gulps and it wasn't even filled to the top as if a big gulp was already drunk from it. Didn't want to complain, so I just moved along. Normal starbucks experience.

Don't bother. $6 cup of coffee and my order wasnt correct, I didn't notice till I was gone. I never got a receipt either. The food was acceptable. You would think for the apparent high standards they portrait it would carry over to the local level. If you do go; double check your receipt, your items, and the taste. Dont worry about the cars behind you. Make sure it is how you expected it when you ordered.
