If I could give it zero stars I would It’s unfortunately crazy how some people can put in applications and the store MANAGER doesn’t post anything about working being a barista. I would say the black women who’s a shift lead is honestly seems like the only nice person in that store

I should have asked for or looked at her name but on my recent visit the barista who took our order was very sour faced, and impatient even when we asked for a minute and 1 question about a drink. Secondly the drink I ordered was amazing, the brown sugar shaken espresso venti, only problem was there was genuinely 80% ice after finishing the drink leftover maybe 5 regular sized gulps and it wasn't even filled to the top as if a big gulp was already drunk from it. Didn't want to complain, so I just moved along. Normal starbucks experience.

Don't bother. $6 cup of coffee and my order wasnt correct, I didn't notice till I was gone. I never got a receipt either. The food was acceptable. You would think for the apparent high standards they portrait it would carry over to the local level. If you do go; double check your receipt, your items, and the taste. Dont worry about the cars behind you. Make sure it is how you expected it when you ordered.

I ordered a strawberry lemonade fresher and gave me no lemonade. So I asked the guy if he can put lemonade on it. The guy is serves water pretending it's lemonade like is if I didn't know it come in a carton lol

Waited 20mins for my drink when there was one person ahead of me that waited a while for hers. There's 5 people there but 2 people working and the rest just chatting. When someone came in to pick up their to go, they put down a drink that wasn't there's. It was mine. They didn't bother to walk over there to check and call my name. I just went up and saw it was mine. Terrible service, no wonder the place was empty when I walked in.
The area is interesting, inside is alright nothing to crazy. Drink was good, food is always terrible at Starbucks, and it always annoys me when they say “the machine is going to ask a question” aka a tip… just make the coffee

Cashier asked if I had a Starbucks account I replied I didn't have one, then she charged me, after I paid she said "I was asking if you had an account because today for Mother's Day it is but one get one". I consider that to be mean spirited and bad customer service, she wouldn't have said anything, or she would have explained to me about the promotion and asked me if I wanted to open one. ??

I got a new drink from another location on my way to work. When I got work I tried and it tasted fake flavor of lavender. My friend wa about to go to this location and I asked her if she can ask them to change. There is a label on it shows the time and everything I purchased through my app. Anyway barista called me that I am cheating. Cheating for a $5 of drink. That’s not nice. I was tired of the behavior of Starbucks employees and this one was very bad. I am so disappointed. Don’t go that location.
