The service was polite, the food, and drink was good.I ordered the egg bites with roasted peppers, a sugar plum danish, and a brown sugar shaken espresso with gingerbread foam ***All was delicious ***Cons- I had to ask for a napkinPros- this time they had Starbucks napkins instead of the brown hard industrial ones!!***Only in the hood have I experienced this***

Xaile was very rude ..as I went to the window to pick my order up I asked about the cheddar and egg box … she ignored me so I repeated my question and then she screams out a sigh and then yells she’s ordering at the window. Very unnecessary and unpleasant. Hiring people who understand customer service is the key part of your job while working is essential. This behavior was disgusting and I’m not longer interested in giving Starbucks my business.
They gave me a month old pastry! The didn't realize they gave me the pastry in the package that shows the date on it. The drinks have too much ice. They put regulars milk instead of almond milk. Very disappointing. A waste of money and if this were a white community I'm sure they would get this together. I rather go to McDonald's and get a caramel frappe and that's saying a lot considering McDonald's doesn't specialize in coffee.
