On 2/22/23 I went to 3 different subways and this location was the only one that took the time to take my order of 2 large platter orders. Everyone else gave me the excuse that it was traffic hours and I had to wait. The two ladies working at 1pm worked on my orders right away....I was on time to my 2pm meeting with no problem. Thank you!

So this is my favorite subway in Carson, but this is my least favorite experience in Carson. The young person fixing my sandwich did not do it as well as I expected. My sandwich ingredients were all over the place and I actually had to stop her and ask her to put everything properly on the bread. She didn't spread the condiments and she did dump everything on there and it was crazy. Some of the filling actually fell out when she was wrapping it up and I was like WTHeck? It looked bad; subway doesn't normally do that. Even when you have a person with a bad attitude, they at least know how to make the sandwiches presentable. I didn't want to talk to her anymore than necessary, I took my sandwich and left. I could not eat the sandwich and tossed it. I may have to leave them alone for a minutes.forgot pics

I was so disgusted with one of the lady worker here. She never change her gloves while making sandwiches with the customer. She went straight to the cash register, never remove the gloves and make another sandwiches for the next customer. When it was my time, I told her to change her gloves. Guess what she didn't help me and call her other co worker to make my sandwich. Disgusting person,do you know how many bacteria you put to those sandwiches you make!!?

Poor customer service over been to many subway restaurants but this one was the worst .the worker would role her eyes when I choose an item and raise her voice and me the right one .I really wanted to work out mid order but I’m not disrespectful ,worst subway experience I ever had I love subway

terrible location. the light skin dude with the glasses who's suppose to be a manager or whatever just rushes to make my sandwich. literally just cuts it and doesn't seem like he cares at all. how is he in a managerial position if he's so careless and does a terrible job making a sandwich?

Omg the owner was so kind and helpful! I'm lost for words!! So I ordered a wrap on the app for pickup. Sadly I realized that my keys were lost. I called to see if we could come up with a solution? The owner didn't have to, but he volunteered to deliver my sandwich, while asking if I was OK. He not only delivered my sandwich, but he included a free juice and cookie. He didn't even accept my tip. I'm so grateful, thank You for making my day a little brighter, especially in a time like this. I'll never forget your kindness and generosity. And I'll definitely be a customer for life.
