Middle of the day on a Sunday. There's only one person working by herself and doing so many online orders customers are actually walking out. It's not like there aren't other options nearby. One employee can't do it alone
Came at 12:32am, called before hand to make sure they were opened, the gentlemen who answered the phone was super nice! I decided to place an online order since I had a coupon and my sub was just as I wanted it. First time here but I’ll definitely come again, I guess it just depends who’s making your sub.

Every time I come here they always take forever and act like they don’t want to do their job. I order on phone and pick up 30 min later for a sandwich and they still don’t have it ready. Always have to stand in line and wait even longer. Asking when the other parole that’s sitting around waiting on their sandwich.

I'm here now and the cashier has a nasty disposition. She is very dry and seems almost like she's forced to be here. Not courteous or welcoming. Very slow and doesn't pay attention to what customers say.

I usually go every morning and there’s two female workers. One of them has great customer service and is polite. Didn’t get her name but saw in her name tag her name starts with the Ye. The other lady is older and I believe is the manager she is always with bad attitude she does not give good customer service and she’s rude to customers. Today I witness this man asking her if she could clean a table so he could sit down and eat and she was just wondering around not listening to the customer. So customer went again to ask her and she was being rude telling him there’s more tables to go sit somewhere else. Can I get cooperation number to file a complaint on the older lady in the morning.

Never open 24hrs like they advertise.
And today I decided to make an online order (2pm) asked for an Outlaw with extra veggies. They gave me like3-4 slices...and barely any meat?? I don't even think it was toasted lol. The whole footlong was like this.

Horrible Place Do Not Go if you are looking for a 24hr Subway. Wanting something to eat after work came door closed employee inside said closed ok maybe short staff came again on a separate week at 11pm employee once again said they were closed. No problem but don’t advertise on website that you are 24hrs owners needs to update hours never returning .

Says its open 24 hours on maps, says its open 24 hours on the door, it was not open at 3 AM. Now I have to go get mcdonalds 🙄
This place sucks it says 24 hrs and its midnight and the lady said its closed ... every time i walk into this location there is something wrong or the night lady is in a bad mood ... stay away from this location i will be reporting it to corp .. its the lady with the dreadlocks

I went today and saw Manager Silvia being Super rude to an employee when i told her something she was rude to me the employee
was really nice and sweet even though manager was being rude to her can someone give me Corporate # this needs to be
reported i can not believe someone like that is running the store . i feel like going back and offering the employee
a job at my restaurant .
