I work literally within walking distance to this Subway location. I ordered a footling honey BBQ chicken sandwich. Guess what they ran out of BBQ sauce and the female employee didn't get her name, failed to tell me that before making the sandwich. I had a chicken sandwich with honey mustard and no BBQ.I asked her to give me a discount and I was told she was unable to which I believe she could have. She could of offered me a complimentary bag of chips or a free cookie. I was very annoyed by this.

I’m not sure why I keep coming here. Twice now they have forgot the cheese in a Veggie delight & the bread is always hard. The ladies here are always nice though & it’s fast.
Vegetarian options: Great if you really don’t need the cheese! It never makes it on my sandwich! Lol.

I liked this place because they accepted EBT although some do not which is a bit of a problem when you're looking for a meal on a limited budget so I have to go searching for one that does accept EBT and that's a hassle staff is pretty cool only had one bad apple at the Lakewood location simply asked about government employees discount for my friend he got shot down fast by some rude employee who wasn't even the person asked about it she just gutted in the conversation obviously she hates it there she should move on to something more her speed!!
