Came at 12:32am, called before hand to make sure they were opened, the gentlemen who answered the phone was super nice! I decided to place an online order since I had a coupon and my sub was just as I wanted it. First time here but I’ll definitely come again, I guess it just depends who’s making your sub.

I usually go every morning and there’s two female workers. One of them has great customer service and is polite. Didn’t get her name but saw in her name tag her name starts with the Ye. The other lady is older and I believe is the manager she is always with bad attitude she does not give good customer service and she’s rude to customers. Today I witness this man asking her if she could clean a table so he could sit down and eat and she was just wondering around not listening...

I liked this place because they accepted EBT although some do not which is a bit of a problem when you're looking for a meal on a limited budget so I have to go searching for one that does accept EBT and that's a hassle staff is pretty cool only had one bad apple at the Lakewood location simply asked about government employees discount for my friend he got shot down fast by some rude employee who wasn't even the person asked about it she just gutted in the conversation...
