I visited the Sunway restaurant in Carson. When I entered the restaurant, It was cleaned and theykept the place well organized.A lady who worked there greeted mewith a big smile. She was friendly andattentive.I ordered a plain chicken sandwichon whole wheat bread. After that, I chose all kinds of vegetables. They were tomato, spinach, bellpepper, lettuce, and cucumber. The Subway restaurant offered a sandwich, whichyou could build your own selection of bread, meat, cheese, vegetablesand different choice of dressing.Anyway, for my dessert, I got two oatmeal and raised cookies.If you were in diet restriction, thisplace offered the best sandwich.I recommend this Subway restaurant to everyone because they offer a healthy and nutritious sandwich which you could build your ownchoice of sandwich.

They don't accept coupons and make up their own exclusions when the coupon already has their own exclusions. Will not be going back to this location. Horrible attitude, and then they start talking in Spanish, so I respond in Spanish so they know I can understand them. Very unprofessional.

Cross contamination is such a big issue here, I was halfway down the line when I asked for avocado in my sandwich , the young woman grabbed a dirty knife, cleaned it on the parchment paper then proceeded to wrap my sandwich with that same paper and fit my sandwich with It, she then put it back in the same container. When I used to work at subway we had two different containers for knifes one for clean and one for dirty. Luckily I don't have any allergies but if anyone does you're better off going to a different location.

Service is poor I would even see the manager yelling at employees to this place is not a friendly place the floor is very sticky and the toppings are always all over the counter the manager made a worker use the black moldy part of a avocado this place does not even deserve a 1 star I feel bad for the employees their.

one star is too many for this establishment. we ordered 4 sandwiches and 3 of them were wrong and when we called they told us to bring our sandwiches and since half was gone only replaced half. we told them light sauce and my food was dripping with sauce. please go to another subway.

No public restroom, so one can’t wash their hands before eating a sub. Worse than that, they don’t even offer customers at least hand sanitizer here ? so they expect you to eat their food without firing a way to get germs off hands before hand. Disgusting.

Ordered online pick up a few months ago and it was completely wrong. It was late at night so have them the benefit of the doubt but was mad cuz it was over $20. Decided to give them another chance today, did online order and once again, completely wrong. The orders are simple!! With one order being a turkey sandwich with lettuce, jalapeño, cucumber.How can that be butchered every time?! I don't understand what's so hard about following a ticket order.

I came to pick up an order one day the lady behind the counter was by herself I guess somebody didn't show up to work that day... I have no problem waiting a little longer but I went to go if my order was on the shelf with the lady started yelling at me and telling me it was someone else's before I even got to look for myself... I had to wait an additional 20 minutes to finally see the customer she thought the order belonged to only to find out that was my order the whole time... When I made the remark I wish you would have let me look at the order instead of yelling at me this may not have happened and instead she started screaming and yelling some more and then got her customer who was her friend to yell at me as well... Oh my God I didn't even yell at her I was just making a statement of having my time wasted instead of trying to communicate with one another. I understand your under stress the customer service should still be your number one and to yell at anyone who's in your restaurant when they didn't even yell at you call you out of your name or anything rude other than the fact that their time was wasted was so disrespectful. These employees need to be retrained and re-educated on how to deal with the public. It might even help if they actually labeled there to go items instead of just throwing it up on the shelf.

Subways have been going downhill for a while now even before the pandemic. Customer service is not what it used to be it's supposed to be your way but when asking for something most of the sandwich artists like they like this say on ads have a problem with it/attitude when you ask for extra mayonnaise or something. Then putting the main items on the sandwich they cheat you out of it. You can put it in writing what you want on your sandwich and how you want it especially if you do it online they do not do exactly what you don't want.Talking to the manager is a joke. App ordering is a joke too. They told me to Uber my order. But going into and watching them make it might be good but you'll be the judge on that. I remember in the 90s better service and food portions. But management biases hiring females only instead of males. Especially the Norwalk one. asked for "more/less" during online ordering and everything was less. It looked like five pieces of onions. the sandwiches were very skinny. also, a meat sandwich was ordered and a veggie sandwich was ordered and they were mislabeled. they sandwiches went to two different locations and the veggie went to the meat person and vice versa. extra time was taken to switch sandwiches and personally i would not want someone at work handling my food before the switch off. I think i will just walk in and order so i can watch the preparation. So I may delete app.
