I just love the environment there is , you can tell they are students but even as students they are respectful towards customers and among themselves. I just love the way they work you can see they panic during rush hours but they make it work. Excellent customer service.

Regardless the bread being stale sometimes, this is the most consistent and fast subway I've been to. The line is always super long but the workers know how to handle it, whatever system they have going on is WORKING! They are super fast! This is my fave "restaurant" CSUDH offers. It never fails to excite my student appetite

This place is pretty much like the other subway locations. Occasional long lines at rush hour. Their current specil is the Italian hero sandwich which tastes pretty good.

Charged me way more for a sandwich than im normally charged. A tuna sandwich with cheese and they literally put a drop of cheese and tried to charge me for extra cheese when they didnt put a normal amount in the first place. A waste of money and my time.
Standard for the chain, and this one has particularly nice staff, but being on a college campus it gets too long lines at lunchtime and has limited hours.

Lines can be very long but they move fast The food is pretty good only they never have cilantro which I really want on my sub kinda disappointed they don't have it /: bring cilantro !!!!

Every time I come to this particular subway I am always left wondering why the employees are in such horrible moods. So much so that now I am worried they are being emotionally or even physically abused in the back. Being a student at CSUDH I come to eat here quite often and have never once been satisfied with the service. Either this subways employees undergo the worst working conditions on a day to day basis, or the hiring manager proactively goes out of their way to hire the moodiest people they can find. The only reason why this review is worthy of two stars is because it's still subway at the end of the day, and I really like sandwiches.

The Line takes a long time to move up, but hey its understandable since they always have a lot of people wanting to eat from there. The employees are really nice and they are very helpful, well at times depending who is working there. But their food is always fresh.
