Good food, but they have a habit of putting you on hold and forgetting about you, if you try calling in your order on the phone💀

I used to be a loyal customer but the food quality just went down a lot at this location. The meat is so dried out and the carne asada was old or something. Not worth paying for.

My wife and I visited this restaurant for the first time recently, and while there were some good aspects to our experience, we did leave a bit disappointed, and I wanted to share some honest feedback in a respectful way.
When we first sat down, the table and chairs were a little dirty, with crumbs still present. I ended up wiping the table myself so we could comfortably sit with our child. The restaurant itself has a nice layout—small, cozy, and the prices are very affordable. Service was okay overall.
For food, I ordered the birria plate, and we also ordered an order of crunchy potato tacos. The birria plate came with five tortillas, onions, cilantro, beans, rice, and a small cup of consommé. The potato tacos are available in different quantities, and we chose an order that worked for us.
One thing that initially impressed us was how quickly the food came out—about 3 to 4 minutes after ordering. While fast service is usually a plus, unfortunately, this is where the experience took a turn. The birria, including the meat and consommé, was very cold when it arrived at the table. The beans and extra tortillas were warm, and the rice was okay, but the main protein being cold was disappointing.
Regarding the potato tacos, I understand they are pre-made and quickly deep-fried, which is completely fine. However, while the outside was crispy, the potatoes inside were still cold. It felt like they may not have been fried long enough for the filling to fully heat through.
I would personally much rather wait 10 minutes—an average and reasonable wait time—knowing the food will come out fresh, hot, and at its best. The flavors were actually very good, and I truly believe the food has a lot of potential, but the temperature and quality control took away from the overall experience.
By no means am I trying to speak negatively about the restaurant. My intention is to provide constructive feedback that could help the owners or management improve consistency and quality coming out of the kitchen. Many customers would gladly wait a little longer for food that is served hot and properly prepared.
Would I come back? Possibly—especially if I’m craving birria. I hope this feedback is taken as it’s intended, as a way to help improve the overall customer experience moving forward.

I never write reviews, but I felt the need to after this experience. This place deserved no stars. I ordered the carne asada fries, and before leaving the restaurant I checked my food. Right away, I was extremely disappointed. As I was looking over my order, I noticed the entire cooking staff watching me, which made me feel very uncomfortable. No customer should have to feel that way. I was really looking forward to enjoying my food, but unfortunately this experience left me with a negative impression.

2.75 is the price of a can soda... that's stealing
Came here for the first time and the food was pretty good. My wife gave a moderate review if her burrito and I liked my chicken Torta. Really liked the birria sauce they gave with the food. Definitely will need to try the birria tacos.
The cashier was friendly and attentive. I liked the bags they gave us for serving my food. I would make a return in the near future.

last week i ordered 3 taco plates and they really got us with the quantity of food they put in the containers. barely enough food to make one taco out of it. Eat in at least once every 2 weeks first time picking up to go, needless to say will not be back how dare you charge so much for so little . warning for people to check their p/u orders before they leave.👋 El Goloso !

I was really excited about it this place but when I tried it, I was very disappointed. I order the flautas, and it was even flour tortillas it was corn so basically a taquito. No flavored at all, the consume was watery no flavor as well, the sour cream trash, the guacamole, no flavor, green salsa salty. Had very high expectations.
