On Christmas Eve, I arrived , lights on, signs everywhere indicating that the place was open, but it was closed and there was no one around.

It's open 24 hours ! They are having construction on the building ! There's lot's of homeless people here asking for money ! The girl cashier didn't know how to count out the change ! She owe me $15.03 ! I had to show her how to count back the change back ! The prices on the donuts are too high here ! It's a nope for me !

I ordered a delivery for a TOASTED Ham EGG and cheese bagel and received a cold bagel with no EGG. I called to speak to the manager Andrea and was left on the phone listening to the background. Never placed on hold. I asked for a refund because Andrea couldn’t help me. Andrea ended disconnecting the line. Very rude. People work hard for their money and for a business to dismiss a customer for their mistake is wrong.

The order for iced coffee and cinnamon roll was delicious. The waiter listened for my order and made it literally flawless. If only there were a tip jar. My order quality was definitely tip-worthy. I will order from there again I heard great things about the club sandwiches on a bagel. ?

I had a coffee and a pineapple bread with a quesadilla, very sweet and the coffee is good with cinnamon or cinnamon.Very well attended.

Awfully customer service
I went to get some light breakfast and I wanted to try the Winchell"s Donut House.When I got there, they had big parking lot so I did's have problem finding the parking space.The store was cleaned and the lady was very friendly and attentive.I liked their donuts and specially I loved their coffee. It is mild &delicious coffee.
