I ordered a delivery for a TOASTED Ham EGG and cheese bagel and received a cold bagel with no EGG. I called to speak to the manager Andrea and was left on the phone listening to the background. Never placed on hold. I asked for a refund because Andrea couldn’t help me. Andrea ended disconnecting the line. Very rude. People work hard for their money and for a business to dismiss a customer for their mistake is wrong.

The order for iced coffee and cinnamon roll was delicious. The waiter listened for my order and made it literally flawless. If only there were a tip jar. My order quality was definitely tip-worthy. I will order from there again I heard great things about the club sandwiches on a bagel. ?

I had a coffee and a pineapple bread with a quesadilla, very sweet and the coffee is good with cinnamon or cinnamon.Very well attended.

Awfully customer service

I went to get some light breakfast and I wanted to try the Winchell"s Donut House.When I got there, they had big parking lot so I did's have problem finding the parking space.The store was cleaned and the lady was very friendly and attentive.I liked their donuts and specially I loved their coffee. It is mild &delicious coffee.

Went in this morning to grab coffee and donuts. The young ladies that work behind the counter are rude and they treated me very badly for no reason. They tried to refuse my money saying they didn’t accept it but accepted the Hispanic man money and he also had a $20 bill. After all the customers stuck up for me saying how wrong that was they accepted my money but the damage was already done I will never return. I urge every minority to spend your money elsewhere. And I thank the Hispanics that were present and also stood up for me

Andrea on 10/19/24 at 10:25am was extremely rude and rushing us to order. I went with my father and brother and she completely ignored us and only took my father’s order. Then was upset when my brother and I told her we were going to order something as well.Si no le gusta el trabajo y anda apurrando y ignorando la gente. Que mejor busca otro lugar para trabajar
