Was delivered cold and did not even get my order right I ordered two 10 pieces with both having two different flavors and one box had only 1 flavor and the other only had 4 wings and was bone in when I ordered both boneless and the fries were cold. Not satisfied.

Whoever runs that store needs to let their employees know it’s never the driver’s job to make the drinks. Yall have those drink stickers for a reason. I been in my car for 10 deliveries and you want me to go stick my fingers on their drink top. Make your employees do their damn job instead of feeling so emboldened to force me to take money out my own pocket because they refuse to. I’m going to find your manager or owner and I’m going to complain about every one of your employees.

I normally don’t write reviews but man I ordered on the mobile app said it would be done 20-28 minutes I drive over there when I get there they tell me another 20-30 minutes so I stir for another 10 minutes still bothering it took a hour for my food to be ready I get it they were rushed but if you were swamped please do not lie about the ready times for the food

I ordered soul food through one of the delivery services. I canceled that order on the app but Wingstop in Carson in the Carson mall said they wouldn't refund the money. So meanwhile I'm out of $30. I would never patronize your location again and I mean ever poor customer service in that respect because for one thing you never begin making my food especially if I cancel it within 2 to 3 minutes. That is unacceptable. Never again.

The wings here are delicious and perfectly cooked – definitely a highlight! However, be aware that the order-taking process can be problematic. My order was taken incorrectly, and I was charged significantly more than the advertised prices. I understand that the employees might be stressed and focused on cooking and online orders, but it definitely impacts the in-store experience. To improve efficiency and accuracy, I'd highly recommend that the store consider installing self-service ordering machines. This would likely reduce errors and improve customer satisfaction.

The worker girl is very rude without any smile on her face, no hospitality inclination whatsoever. This joint has a restroom in the restaurant but it is locked for employees only!!!! Avoid this place if you can. Not a pleasant place to eat. The bad atmosphere might give you indigestion.

Told the women my name was Michael instead puts Marco I went to the lady and said this wasn’t my name after waiting 20mins for cold unseasoned fries and tenders with 0 ranch I went to tell the lady there was no ranch and instead she argues saying there is when there wasn’t any pulled from the bag and barely any drink options nearly everything In the machine is empty including the ice also turns out the manager sitting right infront of me with his family in his words I heard if they got something to say let them come to me and I looked at him he looked at me gave me a dirty look the reviews about this manager is true.
