Went tonight 12.30.23 for some wings. Checked online to make sure they were open and it said until 1145pm. We got there at 1110pm and noted the door said Friday and Saturday open til midnight. We opened the door and it stunk horribly like sewer. The woman then asked if we had a to go order when when we answered we were there to order she said she couldn't take our order because they were closed. If they had holiday hours they should have them boosted online or at least on the door.

Unfortunately this wingstop is black owned I honestly feel like the owner need to let it go or hire all new staff it is always a issue here from the Smell in the establishment to the workers there always a issue with there drink machine they never get order right also have a very bad attitude as if not getting what you pay for is our problem. VERY DISAPPOINTING IT THE CLOSE LOCATION IN OUR AREA

usually they always get my orders correct. Today was not the same, my dad ordered delivery for us, took an a little more than an hour, it got here with the wrong order. My dad ordered 2 boneless chicken, original, 5 boneless chicken original, and a 10 boneless chicken original, it arrived with the 2 boneless but the 5 boneless didn't get here, the 10 boneless came, but barbque, the opposite of what we asked for. I love wing stop, top 3 favorite places to eat at, today wasn't the case.

I'm not sure if it's the company itself, or just the employees here. They seem to be overworked and underpaid. Orders whether taking over the phone or walk-ins seem to take between 45 minutes to an hour or more. It's not the employee's fault I believe this location is just extremely busy compared to most. Wingstops are far and few in between. But something has to change. No one wants to walk in and wait 45 minutes for a chicken sandwich meal. Or some boneless wings It's not worth that time.
