I usually don't have any bad reviews but oh my goodness! Honestly a one star more like a negative star should be added to reviews. Fries served that sat in the warmer for so long and food were more microwaved or preheated. The ladies bathroom was so gross. My husband was given the wrong order. My order was all wrong. The lady that took my order was not really listening to what I was ordering. To all the Carls Jr restaurant I have ever been to 31412 Ridge Route Castaic, CA Is the worst. I would not recommend stopping at this fast food place. Even though its an easy access and the only fast food restaurant when getting off the freeway I would recommend going to the other fast food place in the area if you are stopping in this town. Yikes!

Food wasn’t prepared fresh. Everything tasted frozen. I’m under no delusion food is frozen at fast food restaurants, but this was past its expiry. Fries came out cold. Paying upwards of $40 for 3 lunch’s at that quality is highway robbery. Workers at the register were all wearing headsets and none of them could pay full attention to the diners in the dining room.

Hi, I ordered a super star combo w cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickle without any condiments. I also got an order of onion rings plus a pack of cookies for 99 cents! I got just what I ordered and my meal was delicious! Kudos the the staff for getting it right! I don't live in the area. I'm a tourist from San Diego visiting up here in God's country for the Labor Day weekend, but, I give Kudos to the owner, manager, and staff for a clean, efficient, and effective operation! 💯✔️🔥😃

Went thru the drive thru and the woman taking my order was actively getting my order wrong. All I wanted was a double famous star PLAIN . Meat cheese bun and ketchup and a coke. No fries. She tells me my total is $ 21.53. I ask why if the meal is only $15 and I don’t want fries. She proceeds to give me the worst attitude and repeats my order incorrectly. I correct her and she tells me I AM WRONG . That that was not what I ordered! I laughed and moved up. My new total is $13. And she sounds pretty mad. I have no idea if I can trust my food now. Good grief

This Carl’s Jr. could be way better with better customer service more effort in time spent on food fresh not prepped I’m only giving the atmosphere of four stars because there was no trash in the lobby, but most of the tables were dirty. Also carl’s Jr. is not the cleanest or easiest food to eat but presentation is everything my waffle fries were the best part of my meal and my fresh orange soda. They actually have good carbonated soda there when I go here again for a soda sure,
