“great chicken, great value. Had a ton of food for just $13 incl tax. I got the 2 pc combo and got enough food to feed me 1.5x :) The fry is superb. Super crispy and not at all greasy. I wish all fast food restaurants fried like this… If I had stayed longer I would have asked the guy his secret technique for a good fry… Had a pleasant afternoon after swinging by here, thanks to good food and warm customer service! Will definitely come by again next time i’m in the area.”

“Everything is clean, the staff are nice, the food is really good and pretty cheap considering it's in SoCal and next to Magic Mountain. We always stop by when we're traveling up north. If you visit you should try the Caterpillar and Rainbow Rolls.”

I was out in the world longer than I wanted to be and pulled off at the truck stop LATE to see if I could roll up on a cute food truck or a drive thru for some late night vittles. ?Most things were closing or closed. It was too late for doordash or a different service & I had a ways to go before my destination.I pulled up to the Lunch Box & they were still alive! Not only alive, but service with a smile as well! Lovely, lovely customer service & EXCELLENT hot chicken strips with fries ? ? Yum! I HIGHLY recommend ?? ☺️ ??

Wheelchair accessibility: A little tricky but doable. It has two levels but an Enterance for each level. So while, there’s no ramp you can still access both parts of the restaurant by going outside and in the other door.”

“Delicious. Friendly staff, who helped me place my large order. Get the red box cinnamon rolls, they’re the same freshness as the blue box, just cooled off. Less money. Simply plop the entire box straight into the microwave for 60 seconds and take out to enjoy. I am glad we have a Cinnabon close to Santa Clarita. Thank you workers, keep making deliciousness.”

“We just did takeout and got two of the family meals, and to whoever is in the kitchen today (Tuesday 6/23/26 around 3:40pm): YOUR FOOD IS EXCELLENT!!!!!!!! Sometimes in the past few years the super greens and the orange chicken were sloppily chopped into a mixture both gigantic chunks and tiny uneven fragments (probably because they either didn't care, were unskilled, or were understaffed) but today your kitchen staff was ON POINT. The super greens were perfectly cut and prepared, the broccoli cooked to a brilliant al dente green, and everything was seasoned perfectly. We go to some authentic Hong Kong style Cantonese restaurants in SGV and the OC (their cooks left Hong Kong to come here) and I would say your kitchen staff today rivals theirs. Thank you for taking the time and effort to make such delicious food for our community. Keep it up, Panda!!”
