This is a hidden gem in Castaic! I was blown away by how delicious the Tonkotsu Black Garlic ramen was. The pork was cooked perfectly, the eggs were phenomenal, and the broth was hearty! I am from LA and have been to many delicious spots, so I have a knack for finding authentic ramen. This is by far the best ramen in Santa Clarita that I have tried. I also got the brown sugar milk tea with boba and that was delicious as well!
I stopped by Takuma Ramen & Sushi a few days after returning from Japan because I was craving a great bowl of ramen, and this place absolutely delivered.
From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service. I ordered the spicy ramen along with the deep-fried oysters, and both were outstanding.

very family friendly and yhe staff makes you feel like family!! we love this spot and we have been eatinv our way through yhe menu! everything is so tasty
