Cashier at the window this morning, 1/17/26 at 7 AM, had the biggest attitude with me. At seven in the morning!! I asked for french toasted sticks very neutral & she replied all smart “ you mean the french toast sticks.. how many do you want? how am i supposed to know” ???? i said it perfectly fine and it was my fault i didnt know there was different quantities ! Then, i asked for a croissant & she acted like i wanted just the croissant bread itself with nothing in it. I said “Noo, im sorry i meant like an egg croissant thats like the #21 supreme one. then she replies “ So you just want a croissant by itself with an egg?” With the biggest attitude!! & i was like nooo i want the whole croissant thats comes with everything in it. then she asks what drink. I said, ‘oh i dont want a drink thank you’. she replied again louder & annoyed, “what drink”. I said ‘No, drink please just the croissant & toasted sticks.’ she replied “ gosh well i gave you the meal.’ then she let out the biggest sigh saying “ ay yi yi” & complaining under her breath as if i cant hear her. i was completely neutral with her did not have a attitude towards her. So i said “ you know what never mind. thank you” & left. Completely ruining my mood, made it way more complicated than it needed to be. I do not have an accent either so I’m not too sure she felt the need to correct the way i said things either.

I ordered a large and I got a medium and they refused to correct it. No refund, no remake. Just a bad experience. Team lead needs to be replaced. Rude and unprofessional

Horrible experience. They didn't give me what I paid for and then when I finally get helped after 30mins of waiting. I'm explaining I'm missing item and now the food I have is cold. (And no body want old cold fries) they say they can't help me. They can't remake or refund so I'm stuck with nasty food. Aka garbage from a garbage place. And rude customer service.

They fixed the issue caused by another Jack in the box. They gave me extra mozzarella sauce and the teriyaki sauce I needed for my egg rolls. I have nothing but good things to say about this place.

Okay so my high stars are literally for the man that works in the parking lot next to this place our car had trouble and he was quick to help so if your having car problems literally pull into the parking lot and there's a man that has 2 dedicated parking spots to help people with car problems for a very affordable price ,so appreciative for him
