Not happy with this place at all i order from here about twice weekly for my lunch break as i work 2 streets over. I always order online so it is ready when i pick it up. Well these last 3 times have been horrible the food isn’t ready when i get there i have to waste my lunch break at wait 10-15 mins for the food even though i ordered ahead of time. To top it off these last 3 times they forget to put the meat on my breakfast sandwich my fries come so cold and stale and haven’t put the right drink for my drink. I will not be coming anymore this last time i ate yesterday really topper off me not going anymore.

I love Jack in the box. Specifically, their jumbo jack. Their currly freis are amazing, and their normal ones are also pretty good too. And man, something about seeing the inside of a jack in the box, it brings back so many memories.
Got my whole order and used my debit card to pay. I asked for three Buttermilks, and he said we charge, so I had to go through a whole other process to just swipe my card for 30 cents. Why do you charge for Buttermilk Jacks?

Five star review specifically for Edward who served my family in drive thru. The food overall was acceptable but Edward’s immaculate customer service is what would have my family and I coming back. He was very articulate and welcoming when we approached the speaker box, extremely patient with us as we placed our order and repeated back our order flawlessly. Upon reaching the window Edward greeted us again with a warm smile and offered condiments etc for our order. Everyone in the car recognized the EXCELLENT service Edward provided and thanked them for being so caring. Quality customer service is not lost on Edward and truly wish he could be recognized for his unmatched hospitality.

I wish this Jack in the Box location was a Fosters Freeze location for various reasons such as it's in California,Fosters Freeze in only in California,the real Fosters Freeze in Castaic CA is the last real Fosters Freeze in existence in Santa Clarita Valley,it's closing who knows when,when the Fosters Freeze was in Saugus CA there wasn't that much variety there,same thing with this area of Castaic CA and there's already a Jack in the Box location in the actual small town of Castaic CA

My cheese on my burgers are always thrown haphazardly onto my sandwich and never melted. Very disappointing...
This was my first visit to a Jack in the Box restaurant since I live in Maryland. I was pleasantly surprised. Their hamburger was the best tasting I have had at a fast food restaurant.

Wasted my time, lunch and gas for them to forget the rest of my food and me drive all the way back. They packed the bag to make it impossible to check the contents unless you empty it out. There are 3 others close by so I will just stop coming to this one. Second time it happened.
