Driving from San Fran to inland empire we stopped for tacos and a burger . The burger had nothing in it . Looked like it was flattened and tasted old ! The tacos had no meat but tons of lettuce . It was disgusting so I threw it all away. Called for refund and she said I had to come back. I do not recommend this place . There’s a Taco Bell across the way! Go there !

I'm a little disappointed. The food i got today may have been $2 but they literally just slapped the bread together with 2 pieces of cheese in between.... it's not even melted. How is that a grilled cheese? It's cold.... so I'm glad I got tacos because at least they were a good temp 🙃

Not happy with this place at all i order from here about twice weekly for my lunch break as i work 2 streets over. I always order online so it is ready when i pick it up. Well these last 3 times have been horrible the food isn’t ready when i get there i have to waste my lunch break at wait 10-15 mins for the food even though i ordered ahead of time. To top it off these last 3 times they forget to put the meat on my breakfast sandwich my fries come so cold and stale and haven’t put the right drink for my drink. I will not be coming anymore this last time i ate yesterday really topper off me not going anymore.
I love Jack in the box. Specifically, their jumbo jack. Their currly freis are amazing, and their normal ones are also pretty good too. And man, something about seeing the inside of a jack in the box, it brings back so many memories.
Got my whole order and used my debit card to pay. I asked for three Buttermilks, and he said we charge, so I had to go through a whole other process to just swipe my card for 30 cents. Why do you charge for Buttermilk Jacks?

Five star review specifically for Edward who served my family in drive thru. The food overall was acceptable but Edward’s immaculate customer service is what would have my family and I coming back. He was very articulate and welcoming when we approached the speaker box, extremely patient with us as we placed our order and repeated back our order flawlessly. Upon reaching the window Edward greeted us again with a warm smile and offered condiments etc for our order. Everyone in the car recognized the EXCELLENT service Edward provided and thanked them for being so caring. Quality customer service is not lost on Edward and truly wish he could be recognized for his unmatched hospitality.

It's my first time eating these burgers but they are terrible, the worst that I have ever had. I went to a taco stand next to this restaurant and ate 3 tacos to make up, they were quite good.
