While stopping by Castaic to supercharge my car, we stumbled upon Matsu Sushi, and it was a delightful find. Though a cozy establishment, their sushi is truly top-notch. From their flavorful soup and fresh salad to the delicious Hamachi and Sake we tried, every dish left us thoroughly impressed. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant—you're in for a treat! Best Japanese food I’ve ever had! The crab sushi was delicious, and the flavor of the beef udon was sensational. The waiter was very charismatic and fast. 10/10, definitely go here!
